Location to all the best dining options in the west look. Walking distance to just about everything. Parking garage right down the road by swift and sons is a three minute walk I’d recommend using 56$ for 24. Timeout market is also around the corner. Hotel is very professional and courteous. We will stay again

My wife and I have been coming to this hotel for the past 3 years for our anniversary. Every time the staff has made our stay excellent and very enjoyable. The emily is nested right in the middle of anything you could need during your stay. Dining, entertainment, parking, amenities its all here. Will definitely be returning again next year.

Had a good stay. Arrived early and got a room promptly. Enjoyed several drinks and appetizers in The Fora. Staff was professional and made sure all my needs were met.

Pros:
Nothing beats the area you're in. Fulton Market/West Loop is simply one of the best areas to stay in! Lots of dining, shopping, and great bars. The hotel itself is upscale as you walk in the lobby. Nice decor, modern lighting, etc. The bar Selva on the rooftop was great too! Pricey but worth it in my opinion. Great drinks and even a live DJ.
Cons: We were.... deceived. Although the exterior was upscale, the room was NOT. We did stay in a standard room, but upon walking in, we were immediately hit with an odor. The room was extremely humid so I assume the smell came from that? The sheets also had a funky smell and the interior overall was underwhelming. The lighting was horrible and I could barely see myself putting on makeup.

3/5 - probably wouldn't stay here again unless we paid for a premium room?

Such an absolutely incredible hotel with a great bar and restaurant!
During my stay in Chicago, I broke my wrist and had to spend one of my days in the emergency room, and when I returned to the hotel, the gentlemen at the front desk were so kind and helpful to me.
The room was beautiful and super clean. I’m looking forward to my next visit to Chicago because I will definitely be returning!
