Stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent grounds. Great pool. They also have laundry on site and they provide trolley /bus service to Universal Studios. Location is great, rooms are clean. The bad : Only 1 hot tub was working and it was always hogged by a large family so couldn't really use it. Internet was super super slow and glitchy. The live TV was also glitching often because it was based on the same slow internet. Still gave it 5 stars because of the staff, cleanliness and location.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at the hotel, we felt at home.
There was a problem when returning to the room at
11:25 am we could no longer enter the room ,
if the check up is at 12, they said it was mistake, but we lost time.

Our second stay at The Garland. Boutique hotel with lots of lovely features. Great pool, bar and onsite restaurant. We ordered take out a few evenings from the restaurant as were too tired to eat out. Excellent quality and reasonably priced.

It was a bit of a rough start because the room we booked had no WiFi and when you have kids you know how important that can be ! But the front desk really got it handled and moved our room and got us all settled. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient and the tram going back and forth to universal on the hour was great . I’d definitely stay here again and recommend my friends to stay here too !

Great hotel. Very clean and friendly. The trolley was great for Universal Citywalk/Studios. You need a car to explore other areas or ask the concierge what tours they have that can pick you up.

In the price range it was an average hotel.
What I didn’t care for:
1. Ran out of hot water during my shower
2. Blink charging station is subpar for a few reasons
3. I was not allowed to use a luggage cart, without a bellman.

We had a great stay. The only flaws are the refrigerator door is glass (see through) and the light stayed on the entire time. I had to drape a couple towels over it to block the light at night and there was still some light glowing through. Also the magnifying mirror is hard to use because its so far from the edge of the counter. Everything else was lovely, clean, and very pleasant. We had breakfast at the restaurant on Christmas morning. It was very nice.
