Didn’t like that all the washing machine is being used by the staff. At least leave one or 2 machines to be used by the guests.

The property itself is nice. I do wish we would've had 2 restrooms in our room that accomodated 6 people. Having the main entrance doors locked and having to scan our hotel card to be able to use the elevator made us feel safe. Wish they had they're own parking. I do recommend parking at St.Vincent's parking garage. Alot of homeless people and the streets are dirty but the city does go and try to clean around. I also recommend when stepping out of the hotel to go right. The left side seemed more dangerous and dirtier. Staff was helpful.

They gave us a non smoking room and the room smelled intensely of cigarettes. We opened windows immediately to get smell out. We did not sleep comfortably due to this smell.

Overall we were very happy we did feel the detailed cleaning was lacking in our unit. You could see the dust under the bed or couch for example. Just needs a regular deep clean

We were overall very happy but room lacked any cooking supplies. Why offer a kitchen if you only offer plates, bowls and silverware. Need kitchen supplies!
