It would be helpful if the hotel had microwaves in the room instead of using one from the front desk for $20. Another suggestion is to upgrade the rooms with a smart TV.

There was a loud high pitched noise early in the mornings. Sounded like a pipe or something. Definitely something to fix because it was pretty annoying hearing it at like 4am

Room was dirty. There was a dirty towel hanging in my shower and there was dust all over the walls. The television did not work and a service person had to come and exchange it that did not occur until 11 PM. The Keurig machine was broken and did not work. Staff seemed to not really care except for the handyman who repaired my TV who was very kind. The ice machine on a few of the floors was broken and all the carpeting was extremely stained and dirty

The location is great - right across the street for the theater event we were attending and close to restaurants and stores. I had always seen the hotel but when in town we stay with family that lives in the area. Since we (10 of us) were all attending the theater event we decided to stay at the hotel and thought we'd hang out at the bar afterwards. The hotel rooms are basic, not fancy. They do have a fridge which is nice. But as far as hanging out at the bar, last call for food was 10:30 and we didn't get there until after the show around 10:00. So we walked to another restaurant. It was a Thursday night so I guess things close early.

The valet was so friendly. Hotel lobby decor was great and location is perfect. However when I tried to check in the women at the front said the rooms were not ready mind you I tried checking in at 5pm and check in was a 4pm. I reminded her if this then she came back and said I could check in. The the room key did not work when I went back downstairs she asked if my phone touched the cards deactivating them. That did not happened she then realized she wrote the wrong room number down. Other then front desk issues the stay was great. I recommend this hotel base on its central location.

Check in is at 3 pm and i didn't get a room till 530pm tv didn't work well and the cleaning lady was sneaking to open my room at 9am and Check out was at 12 i won't ever go there again
