Everything was well. The coffee machine was very dirty but other than that it’s was perfect and I had easy check in and checkout. I enjoyed The transparency for early check-in and late check out.

I enjoyed everything. The room. The lobby. The breakfast. The view from my private patio. Overall everything was great and I loved the aesthetic. Only downside was the shower had hair it other than that great

Everything was absolutely amazing for my stay at the hotel, will book here again!

I notice an additional charge from my bank account. I called the hotel thinking this is just a simple mistake, things happen nothing that a friendly call can't clear up. When I called the hotel I was transferred to the manager who advised me, "the person that cleans the room advised there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room and there were ashes found on the balcony." She also informed me that there are pictures of such evidence and a written document presented by the housekeeper. Knowing that I do not smoke cigarettes and did not go on the balcony. I still was not upset but did request a copy of the images and the documentation. I was advised this information would be sent to me by the end of the business day on Monday 9/9. I did not receive the images in question nor a call back. On Tuesday morning 09/10 I spoke with the receptionist who informed me the manager was not in yet and her voicemail was full and I would not be able to leave a message. So I left a message with the receptionist providing my email address again. Just in case there was a mishap or misspelling. It is now 5 biz days later and I have not received a call back as requested. I have not received the images as stated by the manager. Oh, by the way, I did not even receive any documentation stating as to why I received an egregious charge. Nice hotel but nightmare experience

Needed a reasonable place to stay overnight in the area. To our surprise, not only the price was good, the hotel is very nicely decorated and clean. Very quaint and boutiquy. The staff was super nice and friendly. It felt like a 5 star hotel.

The lobby and rest of the place seemed recently renovated and very nice. We checked in and walked in the room and I was flabbergasted and not in a good way. I felt like I was in my grandmothers boudoir. Nothing like I booked on line. Went back to desk for a refund and left for another hotel.

Very clean hotel and staff very friendly and professional. I would stay here again!

The property was clean with a quiet room There was no daily maid service The facility seemed nice, clean open hallways. The restaurant wasn't open for evening meals and the bar was under construction. There didn't seem to be many business around within walking distances. A few were closed. However, there were businesses and restaurants within driving distances (10min) Overall it did the 'Hotel' part well

Very friendly staff, very clean. Nice change from the "chain hotels."
