Totally standard. Self checkin, no room service, no frills at all. I. Fact I had to use my own Netflix account to even watch television. Which to me is totally wild. It was cheap, but I mean, cmon

My room was more then i expected. We were very happy with it . The balcony is the best room , especially for mardi gras its directly in the parade routes

It was a good place- clearly lovely in its former glory, but now poorly kept up. No front door staff really and we had to ask for blankets. At first we were told they were on "back order" but they managed to procure us some later in the day. I just overall don't like these digital hotels without staff. Not my favorite. Good location though not far from bourbon st- good for the price.

When I arrived I noticed the bathroom sink was not clean. The next morning the sink started leaking from the pipe below. I notified the office. They sent someone to clean the sink and said someone would fix it while we were out. The next morning the sink was leaking and the entire bathroom floor was wet. I contacted the office once again. We had to move rooms. These issues took several hours out of our stay. I was not satisfied with our stay at all. Please note, the lady working the front desk was very nice and helpful.

The place was spacious and in a great location. The trolly was across the street and a block away. It was also a wonderful walkable location. Everything was 5-20 minute walk. It was a nice way to see New Orleans. The hotel itself was dated and not as clean as other places. Nothing that bothered me but room service did not come at all to clean, there was some mold in the corners of the tub, and the hallway had a mildewy smell. The sheets and the floor were clean. Overall I did not mind my stay.

The facility is clean and very comforable. Staff is extremely friendly. This location is an easy walk to pretty much anywhere you want to go. It's also close to trolly stops if you need to take the trolley. There is also a grocery store nearby.

This hotel was perfect. It was walking distance for the most part, had great food options near by. Very clean, staff was very attentive. Check in & Out was very easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting NOLA.
