The staff was amazing and the property as a whole was great. The room itself was adequate, not great, and the heater was wicked loud at night. The staff and amenities more than made up for the mediocre room and super hard bed.

It is usually much quieter here, but there was bus loads of kids here for athletic events. They were Noisey late, & when they were leaving early a.m.
Also Lots of cars warming up at 5:50 a.m. in the parking spots near our room. Other then that it was great.

The room's drip coffee maker was broken and they had left kurig pods to go with it. (This combo would not work even if the coffee maker worked). When I tried to call the front desk, I discovered the hotel phone was also broken. Key cards deactivated multiple times....

The room was not as pictured as far as the furniture was not sturdy, chipped and dirty. The couch was stained, there was mold in the shower, missing tiles in the bathroom, and the fridge smelled when you opened it and we needed to call maintenance to replace it.

the biggest issue was the headboards on the 2 queen beds had a fabric that was peeling off and hitting your pillows or you back if leaning back
just old
the toilet seat also needed replacing w a peeling on the seat it’s self
clean but disturbing
