stayed here in early November four nights..my first time visiting Los Angeles..beautiful hotel and great service.i stayed in the basic king bedroom room. it was really nice.and what a beautiful bathroom and shower.i felt spoiled taking a hot shower with two shower heads on me :) i did some sightseeing and was very happy with the location to the whisky a go go..2 mins walk..uber is a great way to also get around very fast service from the hotels location..i also used the rooftop pool on a daily basis great views and a heated pool..i cant wait to return again i enjoyed my experience around the west Hollywood area. and the vibe of the general area and people.my heart aches seeing the fires and the damage that folks out there are dealing with.it's very sad..my thoughts and prayers go out to everyone.
thank you again for making my visit one I'll cherish forever.

I enjoyed my stay although was a little disappointed not to be given a free upgrade but instead to be offered a paid one. Also my free drink voucher took 24 hours to arrive. Apart from that it was a lovely room and a lovely stay. I would go back.

Wanted something more than the average hotel stay however this wasn't as grand as we thought. The same egg frittata, potatoes, fruit and cereal for breakfast for our 3 day stay, kind of expected more. The pillows looked comfy but turns out were flat. You would think staying in a better than average hotel they would have softer toilet paper and tissue, thank goodness we brought our own. The in room coffee was great (hopefully free) but the other drinks and snack were outrageously over priced. Again thank goodness we brought our own. On a good note the location is close to attraction we wanted to visit.
