The location is very close to the center of the crowd. The staff is friendly and the check in and check out process is easy.

Staff super helpful tho they are so crowded, I'm traveling with kids and arrive 6pm even they help me to early check in. Great treatment & appreciate it much ☺.

All the hotel staff are very nice, the doorman is helpful, the receptionist also serves you well when you ask to move rooms, if you don't bring a credit card you can pay cash for an extra charge of 40'usd/night.

My reservation is not in Hotel Manhattan system. I have to pay 200 USD for rebooking. Very dissapointing.

Cool hotel, good strategic location.

Check in at 10 pm but have to wait in line for 30 minutes, the staff is very slow to handle. The hotel is quite old, when I entered the room, there was a glove dropped in the middle of the room that no one cleaned, the drinking water on the floor was always out and no one refilled, I had to go down to other floors to get it. When it rains, the hotel does not have an umbrella for guests, there is no welcome when staying here. The hotel has to charge me 100usd to guarantee but after check out only refund 80usd. I contacted Traveloka to check and still have not received a response from the support team.

Pengalaman sangat buruk selama menginap di hotel ☹️ saya menginap pada tanggal 29-31 Mei 2023. Saya meninggalkan kamar pukul 11am untuk jalan-jalan dengan meninggalkan 2 koper cabin, 1 ransel & 1 goodie bag di kamar hotel. Setelah saya kembali ke kamar hotel pukul 6PM saya sangat terkejut & lemas melihat kamar hotel saya kosong, semua barang-barang saya yang saya tinggalkan di dalam kamar hotel hilang. Tidak satupun tersisa koper, ransel & goodie bag yang di dalamnya ada beberapa tas totebag, hp, beberapa sepatu, sandal, topi, cokelat hersheys, beberapa parfume, souvenir, baju, celana dan lain-lain hilang semua 😭. Di foto pertama yaitu foto pada saya check in dengan membawa 2 koper cabin, goodie bag & ransel (tidak ikut terfoto). Di foto kedua yaitu NYPD melakukan investigasi ke kamar saya. Di foto ketiga yaitu surat laporan NYPD. Di foto ketiga yaitu kamar hotel saya. Sungguh pengalaman buruk selama menginap di hotel. Anehnya sekelas hotel bintang 4 di kota New York tidak memiliki CCTV di koridor lantai 21. Sampai sekarang proses laporan saya masih berjalan, saya masih menunggu pihak asuransi hotel untuk menghubungi saya.

Service is not as world class hotel such as no toiletries, water should ask, no entertainment TV, parking not free, everything should pay and also like old building noisy everywhere even though windy weather but room is quite good.

This hotel is really old. Room condition is poor and not maintained. Amenities are really bad. The only good thing is the location. The staff is OK. Some are quite nice and helpful. But I will choose another place next time.

Air condition broken all the times. Hotel was so dirty. Front desk is not good

All the receptionists are way too rude! Never ever book this hotel, I'm begging you dear all.

Never book this hotel. The receptionist named Linda was very unfriendly when we did not find our name and immediately told us to step aside roughly with babble in English and put on a face that was really annoying even though there was evidence of booking from the website where there was a clear name of the guest. When the manager / supervisor who helped find our booking code and found our order, still whose name Linda did not feel guilty, sorry really made our holiday annoying, who lifted his suitcase too roughly worked repeatedly dropped our belongings but did not feel guilty . The rooms are also ugly, old hotel. Don't waste money and time at this hotel. If you want to search strategically there are still many other better hotels around this area too, sorry to book 2 rooms 3 nights here, ~ _ ~ with bad service.
