Had confusion with the valet leaving. After 6 cars that pulled up over the course of the 15min, I finally asked where mine was and had to help attendant pic which keys were mine.

It was cold in the room and we had difficulty with the thermostat. we had a very long walk from the lobby to our room and were told that there was nothing else available. Lesson learned request something closer in the future golf cart issues the one night we went to Gaby's for dinner. the staff handled the issues with grace and efficency.

Terrible service. Showed up at 12, lots of people inside, nobody greeting. Had no idea where to park and then we found out valet only. Bag help nonexistent. Small rooms, shower broken, would not recommend

Beautiful grounds, pool and lake. However for the price I felt service was a bit weird and just average. Front seat and concierge weren’t very friendly. the restaurants were disappointing.

Beautiful property with great resort amenities
Food sadly is below average. Service in some sections of the property was great. Room was clean, balconies have no lights so outside seating in the evening from room is very limited.
Pools and resort activities are well planned and excellent.
