The hotel property was beautiful. Even though the hotel was huge it didn't feel like there was a ton of people. We used the valet parking and it was convenient and great! The ocean by the hotel was excellent we had so much fun!

What’s not to love about this property? Bed was great, beautiful views (we had an ocean view room), location is perfect - being close to the airport was actually nice because we got to the hotel in 10 minutes but plane noise wasn’t an annoyance since not many planes come in to or out of LIH. The setting by the beach on Kalapaki Bay is amazing too.
The one thing we did not expect was the quality of the food onsite and nearby. We were only here 3 nights but enjoyed the poolside restaurant for breakfast every day and LOVED it. Also dinner one night. It’s untouched for food quality and taste for many hotel restaurants, not only ones that also serve as the pool and beachside bar.
Enough raving - we loved the resort. Totally exceeded our expectations.

Great stay. The hotel is renovated but we see in its architecture and some aesthetic details was it’s an old one. Whatever it’s very nice. Swimming pool is huge and the access direct to beach. Be careful, they add $45 fees per day (not well justified) and $30 per day for parking. My only concern is the guys at the entrance: they discuss a lot and forget sometimes to help you with your luggage. Whatever it was great. Mahalo!

Overall it was a nice property. Very close to the beach and very friendly staff. I found the menu selection at the couple of restaurants onsite very limited and expensive for what was offered. There were a few better choices a short walk away. The rooms seemed to have paper walls and practically nonexistent sound proofing which was surprising. The gardens and grounds were lovely and the pool was huge and never overly crowded.

We loved the beachfront, the view, and the calm bay. Our kids loved the pool. The hotel restaurants were good and the nearby shopping and restaurants were nice too. It was easy to get around the island by rental car to check out other sites as well.

Stayed one night before checking into our timeshare at Poipu. Booked a pool view room…Perhaps because we booked on Hotels.com we were given the lowest floor overlooking the very noisy children's pool. Really no pool view to speak of. I think the rooms were recently updated but it felt very low budget. No amenities in the bathroom. They do give you 2 refillable water bottles but the water filing stations are all by the lobby and not close to some of the rooms.
If you have mobility issues, call ahead and let them know, our room was quite far from the lobby.

Conveniently located near the airport but doesn't feel like an airport hotel. Great access to Dukes and other on-property and nearby restaurants. We enjoyed surf rentals from the stand next door, easily walked in for breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and appreciated being able to quickly access both the south and north shores by car because of the central location. We were also surprised and grateful to receive an upgrade from a standard view to a top floor ocean view room. Kids loved the pools too. Thank you for a perfect one night stay to kick off our vacation.
