The room we requested wasn't available. The valet did not help us with luggage. No heater or vent working in the bathroom! It was December!

Lovely space. Enjoyed the hotel and restaurant attached. Only issue was that there was no hot water to shower in the morning both days we were there.

The Waters was centrally located, easy to find, no hassle getting checked in, our room was very comfortable and had nice character….revealed brick from original building on one wall. The restaurant attached had the most delicious food! The chef is very talented! Service was great as well! I would stay there every time!

Beautiful hotel with pleasant staff! It was located in the heart of Bath Row, very convenient to dining, shopping, and hiking.

Clean room, comfortable bed,friendly staff. It was not great that on our initial check in our king room was not available as we were tild they had all booked up. This was taken care of the very next day and we had the king size bed as confirmed on our reservation.

The hotel does not provide free parking. Valet is $30 per day just to park your car. Free parking down street is very inconvenient to load & unload luggage at the hotel..

The property is right in the middle of it all. We parked our car and did not need it for the remainder of the weekend. The room was clean and comfortable, and the property was extremely unique. We would come back and stay again.

I enjoy the boutique style and valet service. Staff at the front is friendly and helpful. However, the king room, while spacious and comfortable, wasn’t as depicted on the property picture - with no carpet and upgraded views of the bathhouse row. The staff said that’s available only with a King Deluxe for an increase in rate. I get that but for the money you’re paying, there are other options which are equally as cozy and half the price. Definitely don’t regret staying here but likely won’t pay the premium next time we’re in town. Ps. The valet staff was hit or miss, real friendly or transactional. The rooftop bartender appeared to not be happy working, like we were more of a bother, so we had one drink and went to the Arlington. They have live music on Fri./Sat. and while the crowd can be all over the place, it’s surprisingly fun.

Great location, friendly staff, we really enjoyed our stay

The property was clean and staff were attentive. The side walk near the hitel however was soiled with dog poop and individuals sleeping on the sidewalk just outside the hotel in the evenings. Hot springs should consider providing an overnight shelter for the homeless, there is an obvious need.

Some old world charm with updates for modern amenities. Great location for those looking to check out the bath houses. Tip: some of the batch houses do not take reservations but you can put your name down in their waiting list -- get there when they open around 10am and you should be good.

We loved our 2 night stay at The Waters Hotel. It is in a lovely historic building with many modern upgrades in the rooms. The room was big and very comfortable! My husband and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and splurged a little to stay here. We enjoyed being near to so many good restaurants and within walking distance was a bonus. The free parking garage is about a block or 2 away but you can pay for valet service at the hotel if you want that service. We ate at The Rooftop grill one night and it was very good. We didn't try the other restaurant on the main floor. The staff and housekeeping were very friendly here and I hope to be back next year.

We go every year and stay at The Waters and love it each and every time

We like the historic aspect of the hotel and its location is perfect. Friendly staff, great restaurant, too. Surfaces in the bathroom (counter, shower) are showing wear & tear.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building.

A little tired

Hotel is beautiful. Checkin and valet service was great. The room was very spacious and clean with refrigerator and safe. Bed was super comfortable. The shower was a little slippery and the sliding door doesn't give much privacy, but other than that loved the room. Loved the way they preserved the old room numbers and the marble floors. Breakfast was very slow , but servers were great and when food finally did arrive (after 30 plus minutes) it was delicious. Rooftop service was very marginal - we only had drinks but tables weren't cleaned and service was slow. Overall I'd give it 4 stars - hotel itself- location, decor, ambience 5 stars but service was 4 star.
