I loved this hotel. Very luxury, bedding is amazing, city view, with updated rooms, and television. The bathroom was very very clean and they had good choice in room service. In room dining was a bit pricey, from the Palm Restaurant I ordered Wings, French Fries, and A Ginger Ale total came up to $54 a bit much, but it was convenient and they brought my order up to me, which I enjoyed. Parking is also $54-$66 which was also a bit much considering I was hoping for Guest Validation but it’s that’s price for anyone even guest who stay over night. The Hotel is right across the parking lot to Lenox Mall which I Loved as well. Overall a 9/10 for me, and I will most definitely be back every-time I am in Atlanta.

Thanksgiving trip. Beautiful hotel and room accommodation. Perfect location 'but' it was Black Friday and the proximity to the malls made it nearly impossible to get in and out of hotel. Big college football game, too and the team was staying at hotel. We arrived at the same time so parking garage and elevators were a little hectic. Other than that, hotel was great. Beautiful. Nice area, clean, nice dining areas.

Kiana was great at check in, valet was great, and luggage was delivered by a lovely gentleman who was the baby of his family. It was a great experience!

Inept leadership. Booked and paid for a double queen and was given a king. It was myself and another in my party so this wouldn’t work. The front desk said they had sold out of the room even though I had already paid for the room which was available. The manager recommended that my guest sleep on the couch in the room which was an unacceptable solution. I asked for a credit for the inconvenience since the room I paid for was not given to me. The manager said no. I’m a Bonvoy member and I would not recommend the Bonvoy membership, this Westin, or any other Marriott property. There are too many other hotel chains that are willing to actually give you what you pay for.

Great neighborhood! Walkable. Nice enough bar. Craig was our favorite bartender. Small coffee shop on the motor lobby floor - very nice women with great attitudes! Just 20 min from downtown.
