Overall the hotel was modern and clean. Felt like the bathroom could be updated just a bit but it was clean and had what I needed. My only complaint was the limited parking that you have to pay for... the hotel was booked with a large group and people were having to park along fire lanes, curbs, etc.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL – BLACKLIST IT
We planned an outing to Dallas to see the Stars Hockey game and enjoy a weekend. First experience with Westin was the worst. A nightmare. We arrived to find the hotel had booked a biker rally that Friday/Saturday night. Upon arrival there was already very few spots to park, and the lobby check-in told us we had to use a bar code and prepay parking for the two-day stay.
Upon arriving back after the game, the hotel parking lot was a disaster. Forty-eight hours later, I’m still angry:
• No available parking – there were 20 cars circling the lot looking for a place to park
• There were many not staying at the hotel in the lots with bonfires and smoking bad substances
The hotel staff agreed it was a horrible situation. They had no solutions. There was music and loud motorcyles heard all night and bad substances smoked in the elevators and halls that permeated to the rooms.
Saturday, the nightmare was worse. We returned to no parking in the evening. The manager on duty (the lone bright spot to our trip) said we’d be fine parked at the Quality Inn next door worst case. More bonfires in the parking lot, food trucks, etc. Police were there, it was unsafe, Westin failed miserably. DO NOT STAY HERE - THEY DON'T VALUE THE SAFETY OF PATRONS OR HONOR PREPAID PARKING. AVOID IT.
