They were SUPER accommodating after i arrived from redeye. They were able to check me in before 8 am. Great nap. Great food. Nice view. And really great beach and rest before cruise. Highly recommend !!

The property is in a convenient location, clean, and appears safe. The rooms are nice, although I would have preferred two queen beds. Parking is expensive, and there is no choice but to have valet, so an additional tip is also needed. The beach is across the street. I was not pleased to hear there was a charge for beach umbrellas. All should be included in the price.

Our second time staying here and we will be back if when we are in Fort Lauderdale. Excellent amenities, great views, and friendly staff! And a reasonable price right on the beach.

Booked this hotel for the pool and access to the beach. Based on the name and price we thought we were getting a nice hotel. We were in the south tower and it was very outdated. The toilet was clogged, the deadbolt did not work and the heat/ac was not working either. The bathroom did not have a vent fan and instead had a shuttered window to the sleeping area. The bathroom door was also made out of a shutter style door. There was no privacy! Whatever you do in the bathroom is heard and smelled in the entire room. There are no pics on their website that show this!! The front desk seemed annoyed that there were things wrong in my room. I would not recommend this hotel!

Westin has a wonderful location in the boulevard next to the beach and the staff were very helpful, but unfortunately the hotel itself has some negatives. While I stayed there one of the elevators was not working and the other had some glitches at times, making going up and down difficult. While the room was excellent for some reason I would get whiffs of smoke and I was in the 10 floor so not sure where it came from. The restaurant is nice and it’s proximity to others makes it worth it but the hotel is kind of old and you have to due some walking if your room is in the south tower. Nice for one time and it was affordable for this time of year, but I would choose another hotel next time

The property, location, staff were fantastic. The room was clean and beach is beautiful. Only complaint was the water pressure was extremely low and only one elevator was working, and not working well, causing a long wait but worse was the banging noises the operating one was making. I'm sure both matters were corrected after I left. I absolutely recommend staying at this property.

Bathrooms are certainly unique. There is a window in the bathroom opening into the bedroom; plantation style shutters can barely close the opening. You better be extremely close to your travel companions. We’re in FTL often and tgis is a deal breaker for us. The bathroom set up will keep us from staying at this property again.

It was a nice hotel clean and staff was welcoming. We didn’t care for the food from the Mexican restaurant. I’ll have to review but, I don’t recall seeing the parking fees during the booking process this was a first in a long time I used a third party.

For medical reasons am a very cold natured person my first night there I called the front desk/guest services for 3 maybe 4 hours no answer. The next morning I went downstairs and asked for a blanket. After about 2hours I finally got one. The next night I called again bout the thermostat not working so I couldn’t against the room temperature. After calling for another hour someone answered the phone and said” ma’am you’re in south west Florida we do have central heating in our hotel room. My trip was very uncomfortable and cold to say the least.
