The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta

Downtown hotel and overall OK. The property could use some renovation.

I loved mostly everything, but, I feel fair-warning should be given about the surrounding areas, parking-wise, and walking safety. Once you're in the Westin, security and safety is guaranteed. But I recommend researching and planning your visit in advance to avoid scary, and shocking encounters. Location-wise, the Westin is close to alot of the city's main attractions. For a greater selecction, I recommend renting a car. There is alot to do and see. The Westin offers valet parking at $60/night and they were fast at dispatching and delivery. There should be some way to know how to reserve a room with a view of Atlanta, versus views of the top of the smaller buildings in the area. Although, the elevator ride to the Sun🌞Dial Restaurant offered an opportunity to see great views, for $10/person. The staff was somewhat attentive. There were long lines for Starbucks, but only at certain 'rush hour' times. The bar, at level 5 was nice enough. When checking out, I had to request to see a copy of my bill and good thing, because, they were ready to double charge my rooms, which had already paid in advance, through Expedia. They fixed it, fast. Next time I will most like reserve through their BonVoy app, and get room with better view. But the affordable price of the room was why I selected to use Expedia vs. Airbnb. So, there's that. I'm sure rooms with fantastic views have even more fantastic price tags. And that' okay too. Loved the stay, and highly recommend the Westin!!

Great for new years eve

I love everything!! It was Everything I was looking for and what I paid for ! No complaints

The room was a little dated and small. We had to unplug a lamp and move the bed to reach outlets to charge our phones and use a cpap machine. We had super problems with the internet. Slow and no…..the tv was streaming I guess and with the internet being so bad, we couldn’t even watch it. It was very convenient to the market and that was super nice and everyone was very helpful.

The bathroom was not super clean. When I was checking in the lady at the FOH was just not in the mood to talk, she looked tired, don’t remember seeing the color of her eyes because she never gave eye contact. But some people were really nice though, shout out to the girls who work at Starbucks, very efficient and interactive in-spite of the long queues we caused early morning on Tuesday and Wednesday. It was a good stay

Nice view of the city, friendly staff, spacious rooms! Parking was weird because valet was full, but there was room for us to park in the connecting garage. It was a few steps from the entrance.

Love the area

The location is amazing. We had an excellent view from our room. You do have to pay 20$ to go to the top floor viewing area… seems like that should be free to guests but it wasn’t. It’s spectacular up there. Not to be missed

The value of price per night and room were high. The view was great and the conference area was huge. The beds are too stiff, but the room was clean and comfortable.

We were there for the Falcons and Panthers game. It was in walking distance to the stadium. Which was great.
