"The Westin consistently exceeds expectations! The breathtaking mountain views are simply stunning. The hotel is expertly designed to maximize your skiing and snowboarding experience, ensuring you make the most of your time on the slopes.
After a day on the mountain, the après-ski scene and hot tubs are among the best I've ever experienced. A special shoutout to Dave and the team at the bar—they really know how to create a fun atmosphere, and the music adds to the lively vibe.
Don't miss out on the new rooftop bar; it's a fantastic addition that enhances the overall experience. I can't recommend this place enough!"

Hotel facilities and rooms are great. However, the service is mediocre at best. Staff seems to be inexperienced. Parking garage is terrible. Overall, a great hotel but not what I would expect from the Westin brand at this price point.

The hotel was very loud late into the evening. Because the room is on the first floor and noise was significant. The evening valet left our skis out front creating confusion and delays getting skis for the kids in the morning. The kids were delayed an hour getting to lesson in the morning and this created challenges for the instructors and other children in the classes. I shared this concern with the Westin staff and suggested that, under the circumstances, I should not have to pay the very high valet fee. He declined to drop the fee and sent a hand written note to my office of employment offering a bottle of wine if we ever return to the resort. Not great service after the payments I have made to Marriott and the Ritz over the years. Would prefer not to go back.

I did not liked restaurant STOKE and RYE. Poor
breakfast choices on menu and poor buffet.
A brunch for $85 p/p is ridiculous. Hotel inside
is like a dog contest every where. I can not imagine rooms conditions in few years with dogs sleeping on beds and carpets.

We had a great stay. The Westin is a great resort; always clean and inviting. The staff was all wonderful and friendly, from the valet, to the receptionist, to the cleaning staff. It was a wonderful stay.

The Westin is a wonderful hotel in Avon. The parking is expensive. The heated pool is outside but it was raining while we were there so I didn’t get to try it out.

Buses are right across the street to go to Vail or Beaver creek Also a lift right next door, it doesn’t run in the summer

The property location is great with beautiful surroundings and is located close to Nottingham Lake. Room Service is not good. They tell you to use an app, but the app doesn’t work. Housekeeping doesn’t refresh amenities like in-room coffee supplies or toiletries. The rooms are very small and don’t even have a desk chair or any other chair so you have to sit on the bed or floor. The hot water in the showers was sporadic at best.
