The AC did not cool the room well and you sweat at night. The sheets and pillows smell horribly of sweat. The bathroom has fungus. the curtain was hanging. The carpet smelled and looked dirty. Very limited breakfast and no one to help you in that area. very very disappointed.

I am in a wheelchair and I called down to the desk to see if someone could help with my bags when I was checking out. The lady said no they did not offer that kind of service and did not have the staff for it. I said “okay no problem I’m in a wheelchair and would’ve been helpful but it’s not a problem at all I will get it.” Once she heard that she asked what time I would need to leave so I told her and she said she could step away from the desk at that time and help me. I thought this was very kind of her to help me out even though this is a service they normally do not offer. Thank you very much for going above and beyond!!

The bathtub/shower needs to be painted because there is rust in places. The lounge chair had stains on it and needs to be reupholstered. There were loose fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. I was happy with the hot tub and pool at the hotel.

Everyone was very nice and hospitable. The whole place was clean and I would stay there again for a concert in Detroit.

It was dirty. They moved us and the room smelled kid wet dog and was dirty. Had to clean and spray the second room. Would have changed hotels but others were sold out. The bathroom had mold.

Room was nice size. Bedding could have been better.It seems like the sheets are to small. (Not just at this hotel). Breakfast was great and the area was very clean!

I have been double charged for the room

The hotel was nice but not as clean as I would have expected. Bathroom tub had hair left in it and the floor needed to be swept. My son also had rose petals in his sheets on his bed.

Will definitely stay here again

Kristen was great, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good the next morning. The young lady preparing breakfast was also very nice, she made sure everyone got what they were looking for. Rooms were huge, nice and clean. They had a full kitchen and refrigerator. The customer service here alone will definitely bring me back. Thank you ladies!!!

The area was very quiet and peaceful. I can definitely see myself going back in the near future at some point

When I was searching for a hotel for my three young grandchildren and me for two nights, I limited my search to hotels with indoor pools. It turns out that the pool was closed the entire time we stayed there. Pretty disappointing. No tissues (other than toilet tissue) in the room. The room was equipped with three ceramic mugs and one single drinking glass (no plastic cups, either).

The room was much better than the pictures . Me and my husband really enjoyed the comfort of the bed. The shower was also amazing it has multiple ways to change the water pressure and they also have great shampoo, conditioner & body wash not the small travel size but the larger bottles where you will never run out during your stay. The fire pit out front felt amazing considering it was very chilly out that day. The buffet breakfast was great everything was hot and fresh we will definitely stay here again soon.

The room is comfy and the facilities (big fridge, microwave, stove, cooking utensils, cutleries, iron) are great for traveling guests.

Not pleased at all for the money spent

When we first arrived, we realized that the toilet in our room was not working. I called the front desk. They offered me a plunger to fix it. I was like, don't you have maintenance that can come up and take care of this. They said no, they are off for the rest of the night. Then they decided to switch our rooms and put us in a smaller room which I was not happy with and my daughter and her friends swam in a freezing pool and the hot tub was not working. Other than that, the staff seemed nice and the beds were comfortable. But the birthday weekend I planned for my daughter was not as expected. Also the second room we went to was not very clean and the soaps in the shower were out. I was not accommodated for any of the inconveniences that we experienced.. I would not stay here again.

Everything was fine just the breakfast was well bla. The scrambled eggs didn’t have a good taste and the sausage didn’t have any taste at all.
