Centrally located and in walking distance to pretty much everything

We had a great weekend stay at the Travelodge! Conveniently located near many dining options and shopping. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! The rooms and property were clean and comfortable, we had no issues with our stay.

Easy to find right off the hwy. Great and fast check in! Room was clean, having the Roku was a plus! Didn’t use hot tub or pool but they looked good!

Staff was friendly. Room was clean which is top priority to me. Curtains were a little disheveled and could use a little help but so do mine at home. As I mentioned cleanliness and a kind staff are the most important things to me when looking for a stay. They offered extended hours if you needed for a good price. We didn’t need it on this stay but this would definitely be a plus in certain circumstances. Definitely a user friendly place.

Just a normal low class place to stay. We had reservations from Thursday to Sunday but checked out Saturday morning

This motel was poorly ran. We had to wait to get checked as there was no staff, when I went back later I waited 15 minutes and finally left

It was ok

This room was clean and the bed was ok, but that is about where the good stops. There is no AC. The window screen in the bathroom area was ripped apart. The sink faucet handle was broken off. The shower head comes out of the wall when you adjust the head. Either they need fire the maintenance person or the cleaning person who is not reporting issues to maintenance.

The hotel room was clean and convenient to downtown Florence. The hot tub was not heated, but we appreciated how quiet the room was.

Stairs may need to be replaced leading up to second story… felt/sounded as though some were going to snap while walking up the stairs.

The motel was old, it felt unclean, the hair dryer didn’t work, the towel bar was off the wall, dirty rag on the ground outside at the front door that they never moved, and the room smelled like strong cleaning products, smoke and dirty dogs. Won’t stay there again.

Property is close to stores and dining options. It is on the highway close to a major intersection so there is traffic noise throughout the night. My biggest complaint ead that there were 2 of us and only 1 set of towels in the room.

We arrived at this property for them to tell me that we had to pay an additional $800 plus dollars as it was not paid through Expedia. Well after three people looking it over telling me that I did not know how the system worked and that I must pay to have the room, a fourth person comes out and said that I had paid but it was pending with Expedia until I checked out. So they almost charged me double the rate. To say the least I was very frustrated. I also had a manager refuse me towels for our room on the second night because he said I had already taken ten others (I had not) come to find out that he only had a description of a heavy set woman taking towels to the pool. Yes tam on the thicker side but so are a lot of other people and the towels were not for the pool they were for our room to take a shower. Over all this was a disappointment from the start. We do not recommend nor will we stay with them again.

We requested a ground level room due to disability and did not receive it. We were told that we should have requested it, I explained that we had when we checked in online the previous day, he said that since we were the last ones to arrive that night we had to be upstairs. The floors have been replaced with LPV which is nice, but they were filthy. On a positive note the bed was comfortable!

There was pubic hair in the tub. Bathroom was not clean

The staff was very friendly. The floor in the room was filthy. The coffee pot had dust in it. The area behind the motel was junky and someone even discarded an old camper there. It was still there 3 days later.
