Had a good stay

There was an issue that occurred with the police where 7 cars , a canine and 2 investigation vans were in front of our room because both rooms on the side of us were getting raided this started around 7:30pm Friday evening and lasted until around 11:30pm. The noise from the police tearing the rooms apart searching and bumping on both sides of us was unreal. We had prepaid for 3 nights but ended up leaving the next morning but did not receive a refund because the manager wasn’t there but once Monday arrived and I spoke with the manager Amanda she was very apologetic and very genuine she made everything right and I appreciate her because she didn’t have to and that just goes to show you that there are still good people in this world even though it may not seem like it. To Corporate at Travel Lodge Amanda Parker is 1 Employee you Need more of oh I also spoke with a young lady at the front desk named April that was very nice as well and the other lady that checked us in I can’t remember her name but she was very nice as well except for that incident that occurred the staff was very helpful and inviting. Thank You Again Amanda

Room condition was terrible, no locks in washroom, dirty floor, weird smell, no proper blanket, bedsheet were dirty and uncleaned, towels were unwashed. Never recommend to this motel

Terrible experience! The room I was given the door was already open and they were people smoking and standing in front of it. I complained to the front office and they moved me to a different room. The key didn’t work, something wrong with locking system. Locked me from inside took ten minutes to open. Completely stressful. Gave them the keys and went to a different hotel

Need new mattress

Stayed next door to a regular long stay, everyone loved his place. Would prefer away from the regulars.

The beds were horrible! They sagged at least a foot. Asked the front desk for a different room and she said they didn't have any. There were long-term tenants that sat outside with loud music, spoke loud, and used inappropriate language. We didn't feel safe.

The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Thats about the only good thing i have to say. The room smelled really weird, there was a hottub that didnt work sitting ij our room, the people staying there were fighting and slamming stuff around and seemed like they lived there. Expect to be offered drugs of some sort during your stay lol.

Room, sheets and bathroom all dirty. Brought my own sheets. Tub was broke. Not worth the money. Might as well of slept in my truck.

This property was a little worse than expected. It did have a lot of room, but for an accessible room, it wasn’t. Started with the lady who checked us in complaining that I got a good price from Expedia. Went downhill from there. We would probably pick another place next time.

Terrible mattress. Room did not have complete bedding and the single staff was not empowered to replenish what was missing. It looks like the place was put together by scavenging from a dumpster

Was dirty from what i assume are from long term tennents . Bed was compfy and new

Made reservations for room with jetted tub apon check in the man was rude told us he gave our room away refused to refund us charged us same price for a cheaper room. Poor customer service bathroom was totally cringe had it not been so late we wouldnt have even stayed and id be fighting for thag refund today do not recommend staying her. Also phone number listed for property its disconnected.

The only two good things were the receptionist Brandy F. And the bed, otherwise it was horrible with the bathroom not clean spider in the dirty tub. I was just glad it was for just one night. Kinda disappointed in Travelodge I usually have good trips and their properties are usually up kept and clean..... Advise get some essential oils to help with the smell left by previous customers and check the bathrooms please and ask yourself would you wash yourself in that tub?
