I was skeptical with a 2 star rating but can’t think of anything to complain about. The place is in need of updating carpets but they were clean and no old smells. Staff friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the grap and go! Bed very comfortable!

Love this place for New Years in Seattle. Super walkable, on site parking included and to go snack bags on the way out. Great staff and super convenient as only 1&1/2 blocks from Space Needle.

Where do I start, the hotel itself looks outdated but clean. The sheets and towels were clean which was a big plus. The room itself seemed clean. On the other hand, the lobby was messy with trash cans overflowing. Also, the shampoo dispenser was empty, among the others. Parking was terrible. The hotel doesn’t have enough parking spots when it’s at its full capacity. We had to park a couple blocks down the street for an extra $50 a night. Staff were doing their best to accommodate guest but seemed overwhelmed. I’ve worked customer service and I can understand that it’s not easy dealing with peoples wants and needs and attitudes. We were there for the fireworks show so it was the perfect location.

This hotel is SO rundown. The bathrooms and rooms desperately need an update. Peeling wallpaper. Broken curtains. Graffiti scratched into the elevator doors. There's also not much close by except the seattle center.

We opted for Travelodge because of its location near Seattle Center. I would not stay here again unless it was the only option. Upon check in, we found coffee grounds and hair in the bathroom sink. There was also hair in the bed and stuck to the shower walls. The room was in poor condition with marred walls, stained tile, and curtains that were torn and hanging loose.

The shower is 2 feet by 2 feet. The faucet takes several minutes to get hot water, and the toilet regularly clogged. When using the remote, the televison takes a few seconds to show the channel. The heater works well, but it is noisy. I could hear the people in the room sharing my wall. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The daily housekeeping staff did a great job in keeping my room clean.
