This place has not been taken care of. Room one, nothing worked: thermostat, tv, lights. Swithched rooms & now the toilet runs for about a minute after you flush & no hot water in the shower. Warm at best. Plus nothing felt very clean. Very disappointing for a Tru by Hilton. I will never consider this hotel again.

Love how clean the room was. There were many shelves and coat racks to store my things. Many places to sit (lounge chair and desk space) with their own lighting options. The AC/heating mechanism worked well. Great showerhead water pressure. Includes hair dryer. Free coffee and breakfast was a nice touch.

stay was nice, only issue tv did not work on arrival, but we called front desk and when made it back in it was working, when we tried turning off tv it kept turning on (Casper in the house) so her had to get up and unplug it, but other than that it was nice stay, with comfortable beds.

The first day and two the shower is cold as ice! And I can’t take a relax shower, I did take a cold one and end up coughing for the whole trip,
The staff said they will send me some points and I never received it.
