Overall good

Really nice stay, two breakfast’s, inviting lobby, decent room. N they mopped everyday multiple times a day.

The room we stayed in was very clean and amendable! The staff were all very helpful and kind. A special thank you to manager Cindi for talking plants with me for a few minutes - your kind, generous nature meant a lot to me. Hope you get to see that grand baby soon!

Very cordial staff encountered. Room could have been a bit cleaner, particularly the floors, but nothing over the top was wrong. I will visit again.

The room had a bed and the TV and one chair. That’s it no other furniture. Kind of felt like a dorm room, but it was convenient for one night near the airport and it was clean. And the price was right.

All was great, except for the bed, it was very very hard.

Someone designed the fire alarm to go off when there’s steam coming from the bathroom. Not too brilliant so the fire alarm went off at 3:30 in the morning

If iwould have directly booked thro Hilton it may have been better. The third party had said there were certain amenities and things of that nature. If there were they werent given to me. Ill let you know what they did have that was promosed. "Game"room. Was ONE pool table( didnt have all the balls to play 8ball, enough to play 9ball tho) thats not billards. They have many common areas in lobby with tv. They had an indoor pool closed at 10. Gym open 247. You had to go get a bucket of ice then they had despensers on every floor. They had a buffet breakfast from 6am-10am it was really nice, but nothing special. I was supposed to have a microwave in my room. I had a fridge( no ice box) there was ONE microwave in lobby near where you can buy a personal stoufers meal for 9$ drinks and alcohol for money and heat it up there. Says they have robes. I had none. I expected a lot it being a hilton. Im not sure if it was like i said booked thro a third party so i wasnt given the room i payed way too much for. Idk if it was the hotel. I want to give it 5 stars but it was the worst hilton ive been to even tho i t was still a nice hotel. Great to bring family always i just expect a lot from them and i dont knkw who messed that up but this particular stay qasnt great. Other guest and childern were so loud i eounder if they knew that you can hear everytthing above yo uand out side your door?,i know. That for what i paid i should have had a better stay. Great hotel i just got bandoozled by 3rd

Last minute decision to make reservation to watch family member in softball tournament. First time staying with a Tru hotel and will definitely stay again.
