The room was perfectly clean and attractive, and the breakfast gets five stars for being already prepared and still varied d and tasty. And both the staff (late night and during breakfast and checkout (I forgotten their names). were excellent. Give them a raise!

Mattresses were very comfortable. I loved the no-waste shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc.. dispensers in the bathroom. Personnel were very friendly. Enjoyed our stay very much

Decent location. Check in was laborious and not what you’d expect with all information submitted ahead of time. Arrived 15 minutes prior to check in and was told I’d need to wait which was fine but then told room was ready two minutes later which seemed unnecessary as very little activity at location. Check in person did not seem prepared to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.

When entering the building, there was no one at the desk. A sign was posted stating the person would be back shortly. The wrong room number was written on our key card envelope, necessitating a return to the desk for clarification. The shower had mildew in the corners.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. It’s in a great location right next to Top Golf and across the highway from Grandscape ($7 Uber ride). The rooms are very small and basic. No closet, microwave or coffee maker. It was great for a quick overnight stay while seeing a concert in Grandscape. Had a decent looking hot breakfast area though we didn’t utilize it.

The shower in our room is in need of replacement. Cracks in the shower pan fixed with caulking and a patch. Tv not working properly. The lady at the front desk tried to resolve the issue because maintanence was gone for the day. Not the facilities fault, but a lot of noise through the night.

I was stuck, room wasn't ready for early check in but West at the front desk was terrific making me feel relaxed and at ease. I enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. She's a terrific staff member!

The morning we were checking out the receptionist was sleeping. Had the a bucket to leave your room keys on the desk. The room had three sheets and a very thin blanket. We got a little chilly that night. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was nice and warm.
