Unprofessional staff at check in and room door did not work on the first room.

Recently renovated.

A hotel in NYC that does not accept American Express is not a choice for business travelers. The room was ok, kind of half-renovated and several light bulbs out. I won't stay there again

This hotel is very minimalist, if you just need a bed, this is for you. They dont replenish cup, soaps, or anything.

The room was AMAZING! We were on the 16th floor with fantastic views of the Chrysler building in a business executive sweet offering a formal living space, mini fridge, microwave, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, and large bedroom. Definitely recommend! The staff was also extra accommodating and super friendly from check-in to check out.

The room was great but the windows all have a breeze coming through and the thermostat was broken (error H7) so I had a space heater but it was a multi room unit so the one lil heater kept the bedroom warm but the bathroom and living room were ice cold. The shower experience was awful

Amazing room, quiet and very comfortable bed

The room and bathroom were nice. The staff was friendly and seems responsive yet when I brought forward several issues they went unresolved. Normally I’m not a complainer but due to the number of compounded issues I’d rate my stay here as sub par. The light around the bathroom mirror didn’t work, the bathroom was dark and the room was too dark to put on makeup and see properly, even with the small makeup mirror provided, the lighting was insufficient. There was not heat in the room, the entire space including the bath and hall was heated by an insufficient floor/space heater. My nose was cold when I tried to sleep it was that cold. The room key function didn’t work when I arrived, had to be escorted to my room to be let in, and told to come back down later for the key. I came back at 5:30 pm and had to sit and wait for the key to be made. And the icing on th cake, I found a broken and painted human finger nail sitting on my pillow when I arrived. Accidents happen, but it was visible on the top of the pillow. This just indicated to me the level of detail for the service in this hotel was shabby. All of this, and I paid $30 for early check in. Not worth it.

Proximity to Grand Central Station allows for a convenient way to travel the city and surrounding areas. Room spacious and comfortable

This is hotel was fantastic, staff were friendly, the rooms are huge, we stayed during the winter and the rooms were cosy warm with a super comfy bed, it's 5 minutes away from Grand central station, I would highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely come back, we got our deposit back within a few hours, I could not fault this hotel

I had a great experience, customer service was top notch.

The room was in need of an update. Carpets were worn datk and in need of replacing. Heater was broken and not working. There was a small electric heater to keep the room warm. The location was great. Great restaurants near by and not far from a lot of things to do. The staff was very friendly and house keeping did a great job.

I only stayed one night and am definitely going back I just hate how the bins in the rooms had no bin liners/bags in them other than that I loved the view. And how close it was to grand central.

This was my first stay at Tuscany. I made my reservation on line for its location and price. I was amazed when I entered my room - enough floor space I could have had a friend with me for Pilates! Large modern bathroom. No leaks around the shower. All so clean. A chaise lounge and extra twin bed along with a king. Desk and bureau with plenty of drawer space. Wonderful staff. I will choose from now on.
