We would absolutely stay again. This is a perfect NYC location. Valet service was excellent. We had tickets to radio city music hall. The walk was very easy! Breakfast at hotel was delicious. Staff very friendly. Lobby is beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Warwick. The room was remarkably spacious, unlike most nyc hotels. The room was beautifully decorated and the corner room allowed for tons of natural light. I’d go back over and over again.

Have stayed at the Warwick for conferences for years. Unfortunately they still think its 2020 and need to shut their lobby bar and restaurant very early. Customers are told to leave and we may not come back moving forward.

Great location to see NY. We came in for Christmas Eve with the kids & this was a perfect location. And the hotel has nice old world charm that we all appreciated. We would stay here again.

It was a really nice suite. However, it smelled with mildew. It had been painted, but that won't ever take out the mildew. This suite, 1103-04 is very dark, facing buildings in a corner. Because of this location, it lacks sunlight, therefore, mildew. Most likely from the shower dampness that doesn’t escape the room.It is a quiet room. Management needs to come in and take a whiff as you enter. I carry a room spray when I travel. It was a godsend. It was Christmas week and we didn’t ask for another room, because the hotel appeared to be very very full.

Went for an overnight stay in the coty. Staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel location was great. Walking distance to Lincoln Center and Central Park.

We spent Christmas at the Warwick and it was really made extra special with staying at this hotel. Staff were amazing and accommodating to all our needs. We needed an extra room at the last minute and the Manager on duty, I think Melissa went above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you Warwick

Very quiet, didn’t hear any traffic noise. Lovely room kept beautifully. Staff were very responsive, getting us cabs, getting coffee etc for our room, carrying our cases in and out. We highly recommend The Warwick and look forward to returning in a few months.

Overall good experience. They were slow to provide extra amenities, after we called, They also surprised us with a $33 a day mandatory fee to access WiFi or the exercise room. On top of that, they charge a $2.00 per bag fee, to store your luggage before checking in.

For the price the rooms we paid, the utility was way below it’s worth.
The thermostat was set at 74 and we couldn’t lower the setting, the toilet was only randomly working, the water in the tub drained slowly leaving a water filled tub to shower, the water was cold on first day and the battery on the remote ran out. The elevator fit only 6 people and there were 3 for a building that has 30 floors? The parking attendant tried to increase the cost of the parking.
The proximity however to the main attractions was convenient.

Place is convenient to all shops and main streets , rooms are a bit small , no Netflix and elevators are always full coming down , but otherwise not too bad 4/5
