Waterside Resort by Spinnaker Resorts

My husband and I stayed at Waterside by Spinnaker Resort while on vacation in Hilton Head South Carolina. Our room was very clean and was more like an apartment than a hotel room. The area where it is located is very nice,very quiet and convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping areas and only 13 minutes by car to Burkes Beach. The room has a mini kitchen,a very nice balcony,a washer and dryer,a dishwasher,dining area and a small living room. We were very pleased with the parking the most common bed and most of all the spa tub and a shower. We enjoyed the stay very much!!

Very well maintained. The rooms were very clean. Everyone at the front desk was very nice and explained where everything was. 10/10 recommended. Hopefully we will be returning in the summer and staying a little longer

I had to do a review about unit 5523 because I could not find any info on it. The condo was very clean and well stocked with supplies. This is a twin, king suite unit. Both king suites come with separate jacuzzi tubs and separate showers. It also has a full kitchen with well stocked dishes, pots and pans etc. It has a full dining table and breakfast bar for eating. It is located right across from the pool/hot tub. Easy walk every morning to loosen the bones and start off your day, which we did. This unit has 3 tv's for your viewing pleasure. The balcony has 4 chairs and a table to look over the lagoon and see live alligators. Parking garage underneath was always friendly in finding a spot. I recommend finding the local Piggy Wiggly store for your fresh seafood and cook at home. We did bring our own deep fryer and steamer pot. The seafood in the restaurants seem to be rushing the food out and not quite cooking it all the way. It's very expensive as well. They have a shuttle service available for your use by texting or calling shuttle directly. The shuttle is free, and gratuities are appreciated. Would definitely come back again.

Stayed for a week. The room was very clean. Service and such was excellent. The pools were great. We went to all three over our week. The location gets a 4 star only because of the walk to the beach. Just a bit far. Just our observation but loved being near Coligny.

My family and I have been visiting Waterside resort for several years now. My grandmother owns at this location and this is the trip she takes her grandchildren and great grands. It's been three years since our last stay here. We were there July 20-27th week. Our room looked exactly the same as three years ago. However, much nastier. The furniture (specifically sofa and loveseat) were filthy with stains. The room carpet looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. My master bath to the side (we had a three bedroom condo) hot water didn't work nor did the air conditioner. We called about the air in that room because we have a special needs child that can't tolerate heat. There was nothing done, but was offered a fan which all it did was circulate the hot air around the room. That's not all saving the best for last! The room was eat up with BED BUGS! We have pictures and went to the office. The lady at the desk said she'd contact her manager and we'd receive a call which we've yet to receive. We didn't realize there was bed bugs until we had to strip the beds for checkout. Four people out of our group has bites. So be aware when booking here. The property grounds are beautiful but the rooms needs major updating and cleaning.
