Staff very friendly and helpful. Interesting detail given to outside motion lights that came on as we walked the property in the evenings and early mornings — and the coffee machine in the lobby provided exceptionally good free coffee! Relatively close to very nice eatery options. We especially enjoyed the free MARTA metro parking within a mile or so — and only 23-minute ride into the center city! Never had to deal with Atlanta traffic!

The property is perfect for a quiet getaway, for family, lovers or friends. It is neat, you do your laundry yourself in your room, cook your food too.
Myself, my son and his dad stayed for 2weeks, it is not cheap though, I guess good things don't come cheap. I do recommend you try them out.

The bathtub on the lower level of the loft with 23 bedrooms room 122. I was there for my birthday and I went to take a shower. It felt very gritty under my feet from the bathtub and fiberglass also peeking through the grit at the bottom of the tub . That’s it I told the young lady at the desk and she did not write a claim for me or anything or comment on what I tried to tell her. Going.

Never received a room key !! Had to go back and forth 3 times in the cold with broken room keys finally the hotel host walked me to the room and let me in with a master key but I never received a key which is unacceptable!!

A lot of drug activity and people screaming to get things out of rooms from people who were in arguments just outside our room. Just a horrible experience. Didn’t get a king bed that I needed. Had to leave as I had kids with me. Just a horrible experience.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last couple of years and have been very pleased with my stay in the past. This visit was the total opposite experience. Upon entering the room, there was a STRONG smell of terrible body odor. The couch looked like a cat attacked the arms. The remote had no batteries, the person at the desk did provide me with batteries and but the remote still didn't work. there was an ironing board but no iron, which I did need. The worst thing about the entire stay was that the sheets smelled terrible due to someone's body odor and they had pet hair all over them and some human hair also. There is zero way they washed or changed the sheets from the previous person. Thankfully the unit does have a washer and drier, so I bought laundry soap to wash them myself. I checked in pretty late and was beyond busy with work so I had zero time to report this while there. The people who work the front desk are always awesome though.

Unfortunately when we go there after traveling from NJ to Atlanta for the Christmas and New Years holiday, they did not have our rooms, they had been given to other clients. The gentleman behind the desk was excellent in trying to find another room for the night so at least my family had a warm place to stay, but they were all sold out. our room. The

The staff was very friendly but not very knowledgeable about the computer system. I encountered staff on more than one occasion unable to extend a reservation or check out a reservation and check in a reservation-staying in the same room. I had to come back to the front desk to ensure my reservation was handled accordingly.

This was a very nice property with all of the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, they allowed pets. My only issue was that the people above me were loud. So if you stay, request a 2nd level unit

During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that made the experience less than ideal. The power was out for over 16 hours, and once it was restored, the internet was still unavailable. Additionally, the fire alarm went off for hours, there was no heat during the outage, and no accommodations were offered to guests despite these disruptions.
While I understand that the outages were attributed to Mother Nature, I was disappointed to learn that other hotels in the area had power and services restored much more quickly. It also took nearly two days for cable to be restored, further impacting the comfort of my stay.
This experience highlighted a lack of contingency planning and guest support during emergencies, which I hope the management can address moving forward to ensure a better experience for future guests.
