From the moment we checked in, the experience was great. Service staff were so nice and there was so much to do! The food was excellent on property. We stayed in the Teepees and enjoyed the accommodations. Great getaway and the kids loved it. Fun for all ages!

Was our first time visiting this place. I was excited about it because I always wanted to visit it. Place is nice, clean the rooms may need some upgrades, but nothing extreme. I thought that because it is a resort some of the activities were included. We had a great time, but I don’t think we will come back.

In general, this is a good place to visit with family but the rooms are outdated and not in good condition. The rooms look nice outside, but they are bad inside. The beds were uncomfortable and noisy, the bathroom was pretty old with some mold, old caulking and rusty metals. The room smelled bad and I checked the air filters because of the smell and they were extremely dirty and dusty.
The restaurants are pretty much closed at all times and the ice cream store was shut down right before we paid for our breakfast so we were forced to go to the big restaurant that had expensive prices and small portions.

As soon as we walked in our room we were punched in the face with an overwhelming moldy musty smell. Our floor felt as if there was sand all over it. There was NO hot water in the kitchen faucet. Breakfast- got two coffees and two bagel breakfast sandwiches and it was 37$!! That’s insane!! The general store is completely overpriced as well. Some staff was friendly and some acted like you were interrupting them when you wanted to purchase something. My husband and I wanted to play mini golf but couldn’t find anyone to help us ( we tried twice ).
The establishment is cute and the different areas are unique but it’s not a place I would visit again in the future nor would I recommend.

This is my third time there there won’t be a 4th. We have stayed in thw tepees, and the condo cabins. Roaches in everyone. Good luck trying to get anyone/manager to make things right. Zero remedies. My recommendation is to bring your roach spray.

We stayed at Westgate River Ranch glamping, so, for the price we paid, we could find a better place, much much better place! Especially for $260 per night for the tent. Do not recommend! It is not a glamping... it is just a camping, pretending to be a luxury style - glamping. Nothing was special. First of all the staff wasn't friendly nor helpful. Didn't warn about bunch of raccoons, who broke inside the tent at night... Didn't give us the information about amenities, we had to ask all questions first.
They gave us a tent with strong smell of mold and then when we asked to change, they moved us to another tent, a little bit better, but still the same issue...
The AC's from other tents were super loud...
It was a birthday gift and we are super disappointed.
