The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and competent. Couldn’t have been an easier process, which we appreciated after a long drive. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this hotel. Even when I went up to room at 8:00 pm an employee was walking the halls wiping off the trim pieces that ran down the middle of the walls.

The room was actually very nice (Kureg coffee machine was dirty, that was only issue there). Comfortable bed and living space was really nice. Location of neighborhood is not in a great area, casino draws in some questionable characters. Parking, not very good, did not use valet but it is available. Staff are great, friendly and professional. The lobby smelled really bad of smoke from the casino. They should have a better system to limit having to smell that much smoke when people are required to wait in the lobby in order to check in. I understand the casino smelling like it but the hotel lobby shouldn't. It is very uncomfortable and not very welcoming. Rating for staff and room only, 4 1/2 stars.

Thermostat was locked once it got down to a certain degree and the fan option did not work. The window only opened about 2 inches too so not much air flow in the room.

Smelled like an ashtray. 3am woke up to something. A minute later I heard a door slam, then another a minute after that again slam. For like an hour I heard slamming doors and people talking. The room entrance doors slam, maybe they can adjust them. My biggest problem was the room i was in smelled like smoke and I was far from the casino area. I tried turning the ac on, didnt help hot/cold. I couldnt sleep once I woke up, and my throat started to get sore so I left around 5 am. It's a shame because the room was pretty good and the lobby staff was so nice.

Had no problems with check in, check out, or any part of our stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean but does smell like cigarettes in the hallway due to the casino attached but it did not come into the rooms at all so it wasn’t a bother. Had trouble sleeping due to the loud fan that would turn on and off for the ac/heater. Overall, it was a great price for a good place to stay while our son was playing in a local tournament. We will stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. The people were great. The Jacuzzi tub is meant for a smaller person. Water pressure and temperature in the shower kept you guessing. The pool and hot tub area were really really nice. I was disappointed that there wasn’t more information or representation of the tribes that are involved. The main down point of this hotel is the constant and continuous smell of cigarette smoke despite their best efforts of filtering the air

We loved the location, close to everything we wanted. The pool and hot tub could have beed hotter, we wanted to go in BUT it was just luke warm so we passed....rooms were nice but the lights in the bathroom were very dim, I could hardly put on my makeup. Plus there was also one lightbulb oyr in there, was too dark.. Better lighting needed.Other than that we liked our stay...
