I stayed at this hotel as a last minute thing due to being too tired to drive all the way back home after an event. Both of the lamps in the room where broken, the tub had hair, the floor didn’t look vacuumed there was stuff on it from the previous person, it wasn’t very clean, scratchy people outside of the hotel too which doesn’t have anything to do with the room but just a warning. The employees were nice it’s just a shame that this hotel is newer in the area and got tore up so quickly! Also the breakfast was trash the orange juice tasted like there was mildew in it literally! The waffle maker was on but nothing to make a waffle! Also fruit flies were in the breakfast area. Definitely better hotels in the area…

While the service was nice, people were loud on my floor. When I called the front desk about it, they said it would be taken care of. It did not get quiet till 3 AM, and I’m only assuming that is because the party was over. And to top it off, when I went out to my car, the air caps for my tires were gone. The bed was comfortable. That is my only compliment to this hotel. Do not stay here unless you have absolutely no other choice.

The outside and the area where you check in is the clean area. Walking in the hall on my way to my room it was piles of trash in corners. The smell of old wet carpet that needs to be clean out replaced. Swimming pool area.. Not so good and Dirty! My room had trash underneath the bed and my linen was stained. I asked for tooth brushes and extra towels.. No tooth paste or tooth brushes were available. And as for the towels they gave me 2 extra face rags for a party guest of 5. Don’t waste your time or money here!

I do not recommend this hotel pool area is dirty and rusty I was swatting flies the pool does not look clean. Pictures online looks nothing like the hotel in person complete false advertisement. My family and I didnt even complete our stay for the night cause of how the hotel looks. First and last time booking with this hotel.

Motel was showing its age and the level of cleanliness was not top notch. Breakfast was not the best that we have enjoyed at other facilities in this class.

I arrived on a Friday night where an extremely loud party was happening across from our room. It was like that until after midnight. The other nights were quiet. Could’ve been cleaner and linens need updated for sure. No blankets on the beds only sheets. Pool wasn’t the cleanest. Bed was comfortable. Room was cool and smelled nice. Staff were all very nice and greeted us each time they saw us. The price was nice and location is near shopping and restaurants. It’s a 50/50 with me because I may stay here again and I may not.

The hotel served my purpose but it could have been better. The room rate was fair and it was in good condition in general. The furniture was nice. The bed linen and towels were fresh. Unfortunately, a repaired hole behind the entry door was a detractor. It could have been done better. The hotel location is very good since it’s near shopping, restaurants, and I-94. However, the breakfast was subpar albeit the coffee was good. The staff was friendly and professional, and they quickly responded to our requests. When the coffee containers were empty at the end of a breakfast period, a staff member kindly made a pot to accommodate me. I really appreciated her effort. In addition, our room air conditioner had a leak which dampened the carpet. Maintenance immediately fixed the problem to our satisfaction. The hotel has potential but requires attention. For the interior common area, The foyer felt like a dungeon when the ceiling lights were off. The lighting should remain on to make the area more inviting. The refrigerator and elevator really need cleaning. For the exterior, the grass needs cutting, edging, and treated for weeds. Weeds along the curb, sidewalk, and pavement cracks should be removed. Lastly, the yellow paint along the curb needs a new coat.

I got bit up from small black bugs and wasn’t even in the room longer than 5 mins and got a new room with over 10bites ..

The room was ok but it had spiderwebs in each corner..I had a hard time getting towels..they came by and gave me one big towel and said they are getting more and never came back.i asked for towels later and they gave me more big towels.at this point I gave up.the only thing was ok was the gym..I will never visit this place again.. don't go here..

The only issue is the time that it takes to get my $50 deposit returned. Deposit was paid on the 18th of August, it's now the 24th of August and still not returned.

First room offered was not ready. Bed was not changed and room was not clean. They put us in another room. TV and telephone did not work. Mario brought in another TV and the phone was fix. Mario did a great job to make things right

I really like my stay, even doe hot tub was out of order

We had absolutely no hot water the entire stay which no one told us about at check in. So the extra money I paid to have a jacuzzi room for was an absolute waste! I couldn’t even take a shower and when I brought it up I was blown off with little to no concern from the staff.

First day there was no hot water. We could not take shower and had to wait until late Saturday afternoon before it was fixed. The indoor pool was cold and the hot tub was not functioning. The AC was off in the room, we had and it smelled musty. Had to go get some room freshener to make it tolerable. My daughter left her prescription glasses on the headboard. The GM refused to give her his name so she could give it to my brother in law who was going to go get them and mail them to us. Other than that the staff was friendly while we were there.

While the staff was apologetic and accommodating, I would not stay here again. There was no hot water which made me leave the hotel. While i understand it was corrected shortly after I left, still went one night and morning with no hot water. The entire open areas of the hotel smelled strongly of fabuloso and Marijuana. kids running rampant in the parking lot, fights in the parking lot next door. Again, some of this is outside of the hotels control, but it still effects my stay nonetheless. Feces on the public toilet/floor in the ladies room. The staff did understand my concerns, they did refund the remaining portion of my stay when i checked out and did discount the night i was there. The staff i would recommend, the facility i would not.

The staff was very helpful

It was dirty, funny smell, stains on couch and bed, toilet wouldnt flush and flooded bathroom. It was pretty mucu inhabitable.

Complete misrepresentation!!!! Needs to be closed down!!!
