Property was good, unfortunately too many people actually living there creating too much noise, arguments were hear during the night time, I think the price should increase to keep this kind of people away from the area

Did not have in room movies, but would really bothered me was no room room service. Won't be coming back, any time.

Nothing fancy but it was clean and the staff was very nice. Perfect option if you just need a place to lay your head down. Kitchenette was a great amenity and the bathroom was a nice size.

Checking in was such a breeze. Everything went so well. I always look forward to our stay at WoodSpring because they never disappoint.

Safe, comfortable, cheap, convenient

The elevator had bits of trash/debris on floor upon arrival. The window blinds had on wand installed so we could not close them. The blinds were excessively dusty! The elevator had trash/debris on floor upon departure.

My family had a wonderful visit. Thank you for being so nice and clean!

Good hot water

Clean rooms, very basic amenities, didn't like them to store credit card info.

We had to go to the lobby for a very week cup of coffee

The room was either cold or hot. Did not have the amenities I expect in a hotel.

No coffee machine or amenities in room. Way too many pets allowed on property. Atmosphere not very fresh or clean. And beds not too comfortable.

They didn't have any amenities. What a amenities. They had an order for you to get new. You had to give old you had to pay for amenities. That was supposed to be free. The floor in my room had not been mocked. I wanna say in weeks it was so dirty or socks was dirty. They had cat hairs everywhere or dog hairs. Whoever was assigned to clean in the room did a half job the beds had stains. One I did the initial review to on how my check-in was the next day. I had the the since manager come, but even with her telling us that they would give us amenities free that they should have given. I ended up having to go and buy pots and pans. Paper plates spoons, knives, butter knives. Things that should have been in there because it was set up with a kitchen and it was supposed to have kitchen products for you to use. So I was very disappointed in that and the fact that the floor was filthy and it had cats and dog hairs in places it shouldn't have been.

Very clean hotel, from lobby to room/bathroom. My only issue was no toiletries in bathroom like shampoo and conditioner.

No curtains on window, just blinds, so on first floor people could see into room from outside. Bed not comfortable and creaked whenever you moved. Hallway outside room and entryway in room smelled like marijuana smoke.

It is more of an extended stay type places that I was expecting. Overall it was clean, safe, and simple. No issues
