I arrived almost an hour early, and I was tired after driving for two days. The lady let me check in early and was very nice. Check in was smooth and fast. First impressions when I walked in the room….There was no curtains or drapes, just shutters. I hated this so much. The room was super bright in the morning and I like it dark. I was in disbelief. Anyways, moving on. The room was clean, the fridge and microwave clean. Beds were decent, clean white sheets. Nothing fancy, as long as it’s clean, that’s what I care about. Basic bathroom with tub. I couldn’t wait to take a bath, and gee, no plug. I was too tired to complain, and very disappointed. The whole place smells like weed, BAD. I don’t mind the smell, but I’m sure many people will. I stayed for 8 nights and every night was horrible. I had extremely loud neighbors above me. Non stop stomping, moving things, and so on. I complained 3 times. I was told between 7am to 10 pm, you can basically make as much noise as you would like. They didn’t do a thing about the noise, even when I told them it’s at all hours of the night and day. The stay was horrible. I will never go back. Also, the shutters fell completely down when I went to close them. Another thing that surprised me was they didn’t have a smart TV. No YouTube for me. The laundry facility is very nice and clean. Good parking and great location. I should have gone next door to the new Comfort Inn.

Had to go and get our keys redone because we would be locked out of our room and the building at least 4 times and they would have to reset them. Lady who checked me in was very nice otherwise

The first room smelled of cleaner covering up smoke smell. The second room we got the toilet was not cleaned. The shared parts of the facility are nice but the rooms are not.

I didn't realize that extended stay meant weeks/months. Some of the "tenants" were a little scary looking, but very nice. Room was very nice. Bed was exceptional! I don't think I'll stay there again if the occasion comes up again.

Front desk was amazing

I recommend this hotel to anyone coming Broomfield.

Really basic room with no amenities. One water cup. But it was clean and tidy.

Front desk was great. Property very clean.

They property was super clean and well kept. I was impressed with the room and bathroom. The price was a steal for what we received and my family felt right at home.

property is exactly what it says it is. it's less expensive then other places and there for doesn't have a breakfast etc. but it was clean and had large rooms and located in a newer area. so no walking to shopping or meals, but those things are just a few minutes drive.

Nice hotel. Very safe. It’s my turn time here. The part that I don’t like is the fact when you’re a repeated client, they don’t think about giving you a discounted rate from the beginning. When I inquired about it, I was told the discount would be reflected after the end of the week. It should have been given since the day I arrived on September 15, 2024.

Other than a dog barking all night this is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The people above had a dog that was running around with a ball. The people behind our bed were so loud we could hear their conversation and NOBODY knew how to properly shut a door. All that to say is that because people lack common courtesy anymore the walls are just too thin. I got about 4 hours of sleep due to all the noise.
