Overall, it was a nice stay. The room was comfortable, and it was clean. However, it was noisy (doors slamming all hours of the night). The bed was a bit questionable. Also, the hot water was not very hot most of the time. And, the kitchen did not have any pots or large bowls for heating food (I had to purchase my own).

Lovely staff. Lots of noise from other hotel guests and my water wasn’t always comfortably warm. Staff was polite, had a great sense of humor and were quick to assist with any of my problems they were able to control.

The building itself is updated and in a safe location. Room was somewhat clean. Floors were extremely dirty (floor mat turned brown when we got out of the shower) and some stray hairs in tub and sink. No bedbugs or anything crazy but not the cleanest. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall-mid.

Was not impressed but was only there to sleep for a few hours and drive back to Michigan. House keeping knocked on my door before check out. There was limited amenities. One tiny bottle of shampoo and soap for 2 adults. 2 small towels. No hand towels. No coffee maker.

The walls in this beautiful place is way to thin . You can hear EVERYTHING . And when I’m woke up at 330 a.m. cause the bed that’s hitting the wall in the room next to mine and it’s causing my bed to move, then the walls are to thin .

I did not like the check-in procedure no early check in provided no continental breakfast clerk service at the desk could happen better and improve trainer skills. Need help need to be more professional. Too many workers on the outside of the building. I understand it sucks extended stay however it could’ve looked more beautiful. I will go to a hotel next time

Booked room online same day. The rooms that were available were dirty and no one was there to clean rooms. Therefore there was no room available for me and manager refused to refund me my money.
