Hotel was ok, but they ran out of breakfast food and didn't refill it. Site says breakfast until 10am, but it stops at 9am. Not sure if i would stay there again.

The Hotel was messy, rooms looked like construction was still going on - holes in the walls , bathtub / shower had a mat in the tub that had mold underneath , there was only 1 number which is 0 to call the front desk or anyone but the front desk person was on the phone with personal business so we had to go down to the lobby to talk to someone about the room. They asked what time we needed a shuttle to the airport , we told them 5 am but they put us down for 4 am - then our flight got changed so again I had to go downstairs to change the shuttle to 6 am because the line was busy for 30 minutes. The shuttle to the airport was a Mr. Toad ride where we were going 50 MPH on a curve that said 20 MPH way to fast and too tense.

Upon arival late in the evening, we were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned since the last check out (beds not made, dirty towel on bathroom floor, trash in trash can, etc). When we went back to the front desk, we waited for about 5-7 minutes and were then told there were no more double queen rooms that were clean, which is what we booked, so we were given a king room. The 2nd room was clean but the remote didnt work so we manually had to control the tv with the buttons on the tv itself. After about an hour of watching TV the picture switched to flasing colors. We had to turn the tv off for 20-30 minuites and turn it back on to get the picture to come on again but again, after about an hour, the picture would go out again.

Check in was easy and quick. Bathroom clean and good water pressure. Bed was clean and comfortable. Some things travelers may want to know: limited tv channels, air conditioning wasnt super efficient but we were comfortable, no hair dryer, very limited breakfast options. Overall we were comfortable and happy since we were just road tripping.

I had an unpleasant stay in this hotel from poor customer service, harsh and not accomodating, to a dirty and awful smell in the elevator, lobby, and rooms. The management must do something to avoid more quests getting frustrated and ruined their vacation.

The hotel was in poor condition. The carpet was stained in the hallways, the comforters had spots and some tears. The room had a horrible cleaning chemical smell. The floors in the elevator were filthy. There was no ice machine on the 2nd floor. All the surfaces in the room had stains or dried stuff on them. There was something smeared on the TV.

My room cards were deactivated after the 1st night of stay while beginning charged for a two night stay…… No reason given just here are new rooms cards. The dirty towels were never replaced with fresh clean towels. Then we were told that we had to come to the front desk to get new towels rather than the establishment demonstrate customer service and deliver the towels to the room.

Arrival 3:30 PM. Had to wait five minutes for a person to come back into the front office - not a big deal except the person we were waiting for has been the same person vaping right outside the door. Hallways, lobby and elevator had garbage in them that were there From checkin until checkout at 9:30 am the next day. There were multiple brown spots on the wall in the bathroom - not stains, just not cleaned. Breakfast was from 530 until nine. Got there at 8:32 and There was no food left - eight people and two families waiting. We were told that there was no more food nor drink. After I noted that breakfast ended at 9, they brought out additional juices and muffins for a family with kids. No other food. Will not stay here again - it is very obvious that little care is given. Older buildings is fine, but dirty is not.

Place is dirty. Half of staffs are rude. I stayed at the room on 4th floor without room number tag and I had to go to the front desk for a new door keys every time when I got back to my room. The front desk said it is a normal. She said stayed there for three nights then needs to reset the key cards 3 times. The best part of this place is a coffee in the morning.

Our room was filthy, looked as if it had not been cleaned. Our door did not close properly, had to lift up and slam it shut, the blinds were broken, pool was broken, the carpet in our room was sticky, hair (that was not mine or my children’s) all over the bathroom, the tub didn’t have a stopper, and we left with flea bites all over our ankles. I also pulled the blankets back to check for bed bugs and the mattress did not have a full mattress cover on it (super unsanitary) the elevator was terrifying, sounded like it was going to break. Honestly I was very disappointed, I’ve never stayed in a Wyndham this horrible.

There is no active bar at this hotel and told by staff it has not operated in awhile. I had to switch rooms because my tv stopped working. The other room tv volumn was extremely low. Seen mold while taking a shower. Ice machine was removed from from second floor. There was no supervior/manager on site to assist with any issues. The day of check out police was on site.
