Very clean rooms. Nice staff. Close to eating places. Easy access. The only thing was that a dog ran around the lobby free. Needs to be on leash or posted that a dog was in lobby for anyone with allergies.

Airport shuttle service was unavailable. I was told because the temperatures were too cold then the property refused to refund my stay even though I didn't stay.

Was here just overnight before flight. They advertise transportation to airport but that doesn’t include parking tou vehicle without extra chagrs. I understand the extra charge, but it shouldhave been listed as such. Also, no hot water at all, so glad I didn't stay longer. Hopefully they have that fixed.

Stayed at this hotel during the January 2025 blizzard. Due to the blizzard, they were understaffed. However, the staff were friendly and responsive; my room was clean and had a nice sitting area; and the breakfast provided had a nice variety. Positive experience and a nice price.
