The room was basic but you can see the age of wear and tear especially in the carpet. The bath tub drain was clogged so I was showering in 3 inch water accumulated in the tub and the water took a really (really) long time to warm up. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Overall it was a good quick stay.

5 min walk to Disney Springs. Free shuttle to parks. Pool & hot tub were great, pool heated. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Bar & restaurants, coffe shop & cafe/convenience shop on site. Held our luggage after check out until time for us to go to the airport.

We come back year after year for the staff. Specifically the pool bar staff; Bonnie, Ramona, Marley, Nate, Todd, and everyone you encounter are absolutely wonderful. They are the reason we refuse to stay at any other hotel!

Staff is great; however, rooms need to be updated starting to show age; wear and tear. Restrooms are too small and confined.
Rooms on the exterior are really old and outdated for price.

Close location to Disney Springs. Rooms were clean. Building is old. Coffee shop in the lobby was open early so easy to grab a coffee before heading to the parks. Great that this hotel gets the Early Morning Hours at Disney Parks.
Cons: For the bus service you had to reserve a spot, we did not reserve our spot in time for the first bus, so we had to Uber each day - very easy and cheaper than paying for parking at the parks.

No weather stripping on the door, hard to sleep with light coming through all around the door also letting in a few little bugs. . Loud garbage collection every morning starting at 5am.
Made one bed and some times not. Stayed for a week and had to request more toilet paper and towels on our 5th day.
Great for early park entry and proximity, but the walls are thin and the hotel needs an update.
Bellman made our stay!

The staff are all amazing. We really enjoy staying here and being able to take a short walk over to Disney Springs. I think this is our fourth time staying. This weekend we were out in sunrise building 2nd floor. It was an adjoining room and over looked the parking lot. Both of which led to excessive noise. Our neighbors seem to have a huge meet up the second morning we were there. Extremely loud. So now we know. When booking in the future I’ll request to stay in the main building without an adjoining room.

Staff were kind and welcoming, saying hello/good morning when passing us in the hallways. Breakfast buffet was a good value. The gardens section is motel like and more value resort like. Worked fine for us as an inexpensive quick trip to Disney springs.

Pros: Location was great if you are wanting to visit Disney Springs. Front desk staff were nice, friendly, and informative. Shuttle to and from the parks were great. Very clean property. Plenty of hot water and water pressure.
Cons: We were on the Sunrise side of the building and it seemed very dated. Personal opinion, it should not have carpet in the room. The day we were leaving, a maintenance man came twice early in the morning with no warning from front desk staff. No fan in the bathroom. Beware of the typical invitation for Wyndham property timeshare sales pitch.
Overall, would I stay there again, probably.

We had very disappointing experience at this property. Very dirty and loud AC, visible bugs everywhere, no room services, no proper bedding, ‘pool view’ so called just a view of the hallway, had no duvet only thin bed sheet and cover… upon our arrival, tried to give us welcome package for 7 free days stay, but it turned out it was very sketchy attempt to sell us some sort of club membership. Please think twice to book this hotel, don’t ruin your Disney journey.
