My only dislikes are they didn’t tell me I had to use my room key to get the elevator to work. And if your not from around the area there is no information about where to park so I had to use the valet.

The room was run down and the living room furniture was covered in stains. Wallpaper was stapled onto the wall where it had been peeling off. Updates are definitely overdue.

No microwave or refrigerator in the room, whirlpool hasn't worked in months, pool not heated, rooms badly maintained and not very clean, elevator sounds like it's falling apart while you're in it, staff surly and incompetent like bureaucrats, $45 for 2 hamburgers, $34 for the worst valet parking ever. We're never coming back.

Got there about an hour before check in and got charged $25 early check in fee. Other hotels normally don’t charge you if they have a room ready. Check in time is 4:00 which is later than most hotels anyways. Which they did have room ready. I thought this was not appropriate and will not stay at this hotel again due to that.

The valet parking attendants were extremely nice and helpful. The front desk people were a mixed bag. A couple of the front desk clerks were helpful, but others acted like we were a nuisance when trying to check in and like she'd rather go back to doing nothing and hiding behind her podium/desk area. One of our toilets didn't flush, and we had some extremely noisy neighbors with little kids screaming and yelling late into the night, but otherwise the stay was very nice and we'll definitely return.

Gross, hot tub didn’t work and was cold! Sauna molded was not warm. The room next to us had a party until 3am. Did like the valet service! The valet team was very nice and on point!

The valet staff was great. I was able to request my car from my phone, which I loved because it was ready once I came outside. I didn’t have to stand around and wait for it. The front desk staff was very helpful with offering dining options outside of the hotel, and stocked us with extra towels and coffee pods so quickly once we requested it.

Wrong room—not what we asked for. Second room had broken lock. Door wouldn’t shut and lock for security. 3rd room was old, dingy smelling and not very clean. Terrible experience. The desk clerk was nice!

Very unfriendly welcoming staff. Cold and un-inviting. Elevators rarely worked or it was a very long wait. Thank goodness we were on the 3rd floor so we always took the stairs. We were assigned the handicap suite. The shower was horrible. It flooded the bathroom constantly because it was wheel chair accessible. (We never requested this type of room). The bed skirts on the beds were disgusting and filthy. No cleaning services or towels for the entire 3 night stay. Would not stay here again. No parking. They advertise a $34 valet parking. But it’s actually $37.

The problem I had were the roaches. Found a bunch of them around the trash can. Which makes me believe there all inside the TV stand. Never had an issue at any other Wyndham. Gross.
