Unless you love noise late into the night, kids running up and down the halls, loud adults congregating in the halls stay away from this hotel especially on weekends. Because of their proximity to grandpark they have tons of families with young children and do not enforce quiet times.

The thing that made me not give it 5 stars is bc there was no breakfast in the morning and not a lot of options for food. Other than that was a pretty pleasant stay

Attended a private event there. Staff did a fantastic job. Only problem s were the pool was very cold and tbe elevator got stuck with us in it. Took about 10 mins and they got us out. If these items are addressed hreat place.

I travel multiple times a month and this is my first time staying at a Wyndham Hotel - sadly, it’ll be my last.
The rates were comparable to everything else in down but nothing was comparable. Pool was out of service, there was a restaurant but not open on the weekend??? No breakfast onsite. Rooms had hard laminate floors so it was always a cold feeling in the room. There were stains on the walls. Got a text when we checked in, I responded with questions but never got a response until we checked out. Counter reps were on their phones every time I saw them.
Nothing compared to marriot or Hilton where I usually stay.

Great location and property. My biggest complaint was the thin walls and floors. I was on the 2nd floor and had someone above me that sounded like a someone banging on the ceiling when they walked any where in their room. Also I could hear TVs playing, no idea if from above or the rooms next to me but it was definitely not a good night’s sleep. I might expect this on Friday or Saturday night but this was a Sunday night.

The pool area is in need of repair/TLC. The smoke detector in our room blinked a bright light every 10 seconds that was awful to try and sleep through. The phone in our room did not work and when we tried to text regarding the SD to make sure that was normal, we never got a response.
