24-hour front office! Provides communal space: kitchen and laundry space that you can use for free. Location is good enough, walking distance to the old quarter. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel is for you. Eventho it is located right by the main street, it is considerably quiet (compared to old quarter area)

Convenient location, near Trang Tien Plaza, can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake about 5 minutes. Room is a bit small but fully equipped and clean. Staff is enthusiastic and friendly

Quite disappointed with the service here, I mistakenly booked 2 rooms on the same day, paid, when I arrived to check in, I asked the receptionist and she said it was okay and let me check in. After that, Traveloka deducted a fine from me for not showing up, but I responded to this message and Traveloka agreed to resolve it for me, but this hotel refused to pay me. Will never come back to this place, the service is too bad.

I like the laundry and eating section. Good location. Staff was so nice. If you want to rent the motobike, ask the staff, then the bike will be delivered at the hotel and no need deposit. If I have a chance to visit Hanoi next time, will stay here again.

I have been to Hanoi many times but this time I was very satisfied with M Village. Thank you Van and the manager for their enthusiastic support and understanding of my trip on the day of a big storm in Hanoi. If I come back, I will still choose M Village Ho Guom. Took a look around this hotel for the next time I’m here. It looks great, really comfy rooms, staff are very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

very bad service. The water is unstable, either too hot or too cold to bathe. I reminded the staff but it was still the same until the evening of the 2nd day. They also did not check to change rooms during the day. 2 days and not able to take a proper shower. One of my worst travel experiences.
