Bed cover and the floor was dirty, the room is small, the officer can't speak english, no drink water available.
But they are kind to let us take a bath in the evening after check out.

The location is great. The room is not well-prepared by the time we checked in. It was not soundproof, no elevator which is quite annoying for higher-floor guests. The hotel owner is friendly and nice. There are quite a lot of motorbikes for rent which belong to the hotel. It ‘s generally OK.

The service is really great, everything is sweet. The only considering thing that there is no elevator, it's hard to go upstair for the older.

The room was small and very noisy with door slam, people talk and toilet flush. I could't sleep whole 3 nights.

Room and location are good and clean but the manager is not friendly. She even did not smile at least once time. I think I will not chose Phu An hotel anymore in the future.
