Dear God, if I were to be penalized for this place, I would be penalized 1000/10 times, I would call it a person who loves nature, loves green, loves this space, if you don't come here you will regret it for the rest of your life. The hostess is super friendly. I booked the wrong room but she still changed me to another room without increasing the fee. The space is clean and comfortable. Whenever I travel to Vung Tau, I always choose this homestay to stay. Early check-in also has a free cake line to eat. The room also has herbal bags for soaking. The magnetic lock door is easy to open, and automatically locks when I close the door so it's very private. I hope everyone will have the same experience as me.

need to upgrade facilities, rooms are old, small, always smelly, old toilet always smells, shower has only 1 vertical nozzle which is inconvenient, small room, price is too high compared to what it brings. only has a nice facade but the rooms are too bad.

The room smelled damp. The floor was dirty, the windows weren't sealed, you could see everything inside the room from the outside. We checked in 15 minutes and then checked out 🥹

The housekeeper is very friendly and cute, the homestay has free coffee, orange juice and cake, the outside space has airy trees, always full of cool breeze. The only thing is that the mattress/sheets need to be cleaner. Thank you for the quite interesting trip.

I knew about 5homestay a year ago but had not had a chance to visit. Today I went out and saw the price on traveloka was only 200 million VND per night so I booked it right away. Reading comments on gg and traveloka was also scary, many people criticized it. But after staying there, I was hooked, next time I go to Vung Tau I will visit again and again. I was lucky to be assigned a room upstairs and I really liked it. The homestay owner was extremely friendly, the room was so chill, the bed was soft and comfortable, the homestay space was like in Hoi An. There was also free orange juice, coffee and cakes to use and there was also a herbal bath bag. The only thing is that the soundproofing is not very good, you can hear the guests flushing the toilet or the water in the next room, but it was not much so it was not a problem. In general, 5homestay will be a great choice if you want to refresh yourself after a tiring day at work.

The room facilities are seriously degraded, the toilet space is not clean, there is a lot of dust and leaves, the common space of the kitchen and cafe is very unhygienic. Everything is old and degraded. Not like in the picture.

One time I had a holiday and was working, I happened to know about 5-Homestay. I just came here to feel the cool green space and it was extremely chill. The manager was very enthusiastic and had a very funny conversation 😅 plus a welcoming dog. I was so engrossed in the green space that I didn't even know how many rooms there were in total. There is a common space on the ground floor with a long table in the middle of the sky under the tree canopy with sunlight shining through and a kitchen area with full basic utensils. There is also a cake shelf 😅 My room is upstairs, although it is a small room, I had enough time to relax and chill and experience the green space. The bathroom also has a pretty wooden bathtub. Oh yeah, luckily when I came here, I accidentally found out that the soundproofing here is not very good. I heard 2K say that his room is located between the two sides, so at night I heard happy sounds, I feel sorry for the boy. 😂 If you have the chance, come and experience green living, it's also interesting.

The manager (or owner) here is very nice, but I couldn't bear the extremely bad experience when I came here: 1. The room was moldy, you could tell right away when you entered. 2. The pillow smelled of the previous guest's damp scalp, I don't know if the homestay changed the pillowcase or not? 3. The sink drained very slowly, affecting my use. 4. The toilet sprayer was broken, I had to squeeze it so hard that my hand hurt to use it, and the part that hung the sprayer fell off and was sloppily wrung out right next to it. 5. Room 505 was on the ground floor, next to the outdoor activity tables, at night there was a group of people drinking very loudly until late at night. 6. The window faced the main road but had 2-way glass, if you pulled it out, you could see all the activities inside, so you had to close the curtains 24/7, quite dark. 7. When I first arrived, before witnessing the above, I asked the manager to change to another room, but she said she was full and said it was full, while at the beginning of the week, I tried choosing the same room category as me and there were still normal rooms available. Even when reporting the moldy room after check-in, there was still no plan to exchange it, only a bottle of air freshener was used to spray the room, and the moldy smell still lingered as usual at night. 8. The air conditioner leaked water, soaking the walkway. Conclusion: I have never had a terrible stay experience and had to give a review, but I need to be honest so that the homestay can consider making adjustments. Even though the price is cheap, the facilities are degraded and not fixed, so it is expensive, not cheap compared to the price.
