Truoc đây mình đã nghỉ các khách sạn khác trong chuỗi khách sạn A25 nên biết khách sạn tính giờ theo 24h từ lúc nhận phòng. Vì vậy ms chọn A25 trên app để đặt và có take note yêu cầu đặc biệt là muốn nhận phòng lúc 7h sáng. Trên app khi gửi bill cho mình cũng chỉ báo khách hàng tự liên hệ và không nhắc gì đến phụ phí. Buổi tối trước ngày đến nhận phòng mình có liên hệ khách sạn và được biết nếu muốn giữ phòng mình cần thanh toán thêm 600k phụ phí, trong khi nếu tính theo giờ nhận phòng thì mình vào sớm cũng chỉ bị tính thêm 60k/ giờ (tức là 300k). Và đến nơi thì mình nhận ra lần sau mình nên liên hệ trực tiếp khách sạn thì còn được nhận ưu đãi tốt hơn qua app. Cuối cùng mình đành 7h đến nơi, thuê 1 phòng khác theo giờ mất 220k để vệ sinh cá nhân và thay đồ trước khi đi công việc, sau đó trả phòng rồi đến 12h được nhận phòng đã đặt qua app. Tóm lại: Đặt qua app: 530k + 600k phụ phí cho 1 phòng chắc có lẽ cũ nhất ksan. (530k thanh toán trước). Đặt trực tiếp khách san: chọn giờ check in theo mình mong muốn, giá phòng đơn những khách sạn A25 tr mình từng ở tầm 490k; 570k; 640k/ phòng. Trải nghiệm lần đầu và chắc cũng sẽ là lần cuối!
