A whole hotel asked to borrow a pair of chopsticks and said they didn't have any when breakfast was served. If you don't want to lend them, you can say the dining room is closed, go get them yourself, wash them yourself, or charge a fee to avoid being annoyed.

I feel very bad, it's very old, dirty like the room is not cleaned. The bed has black mold, the toilet is dirty. I can't stay for more than a day. The staff is sometimes nowhere to be seen, not enthusiastic. Overall very bad.

With nearly 1.3 million/room without windows, it was truly the most unforgettable experience of my life. The next day, I had to leave Da Nang immediately because of the obsession with the room and the hotel's hygiene. The hotel may be old, but why is it so dirty? Everything smells moldy, affecting my health and spirit immensely.

The staff's attitude is not good, the room is not cleaned, extremely dirty, guests have to clean it themselves. When I asked the hotel, they said it is cleaned every 2-3 days. I booked 3 nights here for 4 adults but only received 3 towels for 2 days. If the room is not cleaned on the day of the cleaning, the fee for getting a towel is 15k/1 towel. The room is dirty, the bathroom does not have a lock. You should not book this hotel.

I booked during the holiday so the room price was 2-3 times higher, although the receptionist was very good, but the problem with the hotel: old hotel, dirty, room is only cleaned once every 3 days, breakfast buffet has few options, overall it's okay for a temporary stay but for a vacation I don't really like it.

The staff were very lethargic, they avoided guests passing by and did not greet them happily. I stayed in room 1401 and the bathtub had a lot of hair, the shower knob had fallen off, I went down to report to the reception but was confused and did not know how to handle it, then a man there went up to check, then said they tried to use it, they would fix it tomorrow morning, but no one came to fix it afterwards. The hotel is very old, just good location, cheap price and buffet

😞😞 That was the worst travel experience when booking a room without reading the reviews of previous guests. I booked a 7-day room. From the outside, the hotel looked quite big, but when I entered the room, the rooms were very old, the bathroom was old, the faucet was broken and not fixed, the sheets and pillows were discolored. I booked a 7-day room, but when I checked in, the receptionist said the room would only be cleaned once every 6 days. I have been to many places, but this is probably the dirtiest hotel. When I talked to them about it, the hotel staff had a contemptuous attitude towards the guests, did not admit their mistakes, and were uncooperative. To put it bluntly, they were very rude. They talked like "the money is in your pocket, so whatever you do is your business" (Ancestor. If I hadn't paid in full in advance, I wouldn't have stayed a day). There was no electricity in the hallway, and no electricity at night either. The service was so bad that I had to leave before the 7 days were up.
