Ksan rất tuyệt. Mình đi theo nhóm bạn nên ở căn hộ là rất hợp lý. Phòng ốc rộng rãi, sạch sẽ. Nhân viên hỗ trơ nhiệt tình. Tiện ích xung quanh cũng rất nhiều!

I booked Altara for 2 nights and it was really great compared to other hotels of the same class I've stayed in. The facilities are very comfortable, I like the washing machine and dryer the most, in addition, the dishes and pots are fully equipped to bring a very cozy feeling like home. I give Altara 9 points and the attitude of the staff 10 points. They are enthusiastic and cute, I was introduced to the restaurant by 1 brother in the lobby, Hung Tran, and also booked tickets for a cruise on the Han River, the restaurants are excellent, the food is delicious and the price is reasonable. . I highly recommened you guys should come here to experience

Cùng tòa nhà với Four Points By Sheraton, Altara có view nhìn cả sông và biển. Phòng rộng, sạch sẽ, có thêm máy giặt và sấy tiện lợi. Ăn sáng ăn cùng khách sạn Four Points hơi ít lựa chọn

My family has a happy holiday here: near the beach (though not the main beach, but the bath is very fond), clean rooms, good service (from check-in to quick check-out), breakfast delicious (nice view of the beach and city).

1 - the elevator is too slow, waiting for 14 minutes to have an elevator.
2 - the pool has nothing but a piece of bottle, my two siblings are swimming and their legs are broken.
3 - 5-star hotel but 3-star breakfast menu.
4 - I don't know if the hotel has good cleaning but my room has cockroaches.
