Good hotel, staff, security, the only thing I don't like is that the guests have paid before checking in, but when checking in they still ask for a deposit of 500k or keep their ID card.

Every time I come to Phu Quoc, I stay here. The hotel is very ok, reasonable price, delicious breakfast, there are many places to eat and drink around, within walking distance. If the hotel changed the canned fruit juice to fresh fruit juice, it would be great.

Very good location.. near bus line 17/19, free shuttle service, easy to go anywhere, save a lot of money. Convenient to go anywhere.. very spacious room, separate bathroom and shower room.. air conditioner is cool, clean room, fast check-in, deposit 500000 dong, variety of food but taste is edible. Overall, I like it.

Thinking about staying here for 4 nights, everything was great, nothing to complain about. When checking out, the receptionist said the coffee spoon was lost and demanded 26,000 VND in compensation. So disappointed. The spoon is not worth that price. Still trying to get the customer's money. Instead of being able to ignore it because it is not worth it. I also do not take that spoon for anything and do not have time to take that nonsense. Is a 3-star hotel taking money from the customer for that nonsense spoon worth 26,000 VND? Go outside and buy that spoon for a few thousand VND.

Em chấm 10đ cho hotel luôn ạ, thật sự với mức giá này nhưng nhận lại quá nhiều điều bất ngờ, phòng ốc rộng rãi, sạch sẻ, hiện đại. Nhân viên thì thân thiện, ngoài ra còn có buffe sáng rất là đa dạng luôn ạ. Em không nghĩ với mức giá chưa tới 600k một đêm mà lại nhận được nhiều sự hài lòng như vậy luôn. Lần sau có ghé Phú Quốc e vẫn sẽ chọn An Phú làm điểm lưu trú ạ.

My mother and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel: the breakfast space is very chill on the 8th floor, the food is not too much but very complete and attractive. From the receptionist, room service and even the security guards, they are all very enthusiastic and cute. The room I rented was spacious, fully equipped and affordable. The hotel has a good location, near supermarkets, medical centers, markets... and convenient to move everywhere. If you want to find a modern hotel with reasonable prices in the center of Phu Quoc, delicious buffet, enthusiastic staff and good service, then I recommend you to choose An Phu hotel!

We got free upgrade to higher floor with river view, as well as check in slightly early, location wise was good, walking distance to night market, takes about 15 minutes, room wise clean and tidy, for this price is worth of staying, We also enjoy the breakfast with various choices of dishes, and you can sit indoor or outdoor area, would suggest to sit at outdoor for river side view and also very windy not hot at all during 7-8am, overall is good experience we enjoy our stay:).

I am satisfied with An Phu hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast fruit is fresh and delicious (I don't eat other foods so I don't know), the breakfast food is also rich at such a hotel price, I feel satisfied. I live on the 7th floor and can see the clouds in the early morning. The hotel is in the center so I rented a motorbike to drive around, eat, drink, and play
