My building does not have an elevator, electric cars can not come in, pregnant and young children are very inconvenient ... Distance from the road is not far away, the whole night sleeps because the sound of the truck is roaring .. The fan room sounded like a plow ... the non-professional check-in staff ... went to the pool with a stamp on the hand (the shower was gone) and went swimming again to seal ...

I saw that on the occasion of Tet, the lack of staff, the market was not sold, so mainly going to get hot water, the hot tub only turned on one tank, the next day was another tank, it was about 3 on Tuesday. tank, there are no staff reminded to have guests who are not conscious of sitting in the jacuzzi and who really hate it but dare to share that tank, so there are staff, the price of the resort is not too cheap but breakfast 8h30 out of bread, only served with noodles and rice sweet potatoes is finished compared to other places, it is not up to standard.

Checking in is not the correct room type that the Hotel staff did not say anything nor apologize. Breakfast is too few to choose from. Set dinner, on time but there is no preparation at all. Must wait too long. Go eat like you go. Generally poor. No intention to return

Everything is not worthy of a 4 * service, especially about staff. They are polite but not professional, I think the main error is management. I think the resort must immediately correct some problems like this if not it will lose customers: no protection, no sea guide to the zones, while there is a very big sea saying guests check in and rate 5 * will be given drinking water or grass, so it is not very objective; some places are dirty and unkempt (right at the entrance, the tenis, the pool bar), then turn on the lights too economically, in the elevator, around the dark campus can not walk, when coming and go without luggage support staff, the receptionist also removed the position, called the front desk, no one listened to the phone, in the morning of 7pm the reception was checked out to work ... Breakfast was few but quite delicious , with fresh fruit juice, but the dining space is not comfortable and clean, not clean, but the staff is not caring but sitting unprofessional, talking loudly. Good reviews for swimming pools and jacuzzi tubs. Rooms are nice, comfortable, water flows well, but rooms have mosquitoes.

My family vacation this period in Asean, the stage of cleaning the jacuzzi is not clean when crowded, there is no continuous water filtration system, the street light system and the room are too dark for the elderly; the slippers in the room were too old so they were very slippery; In general, the room rate is not cheap, even though it has been purchased online to get this price, it needs a lot of investment here.

Overall clean, beautiful scenery, cozy rooms, friendly staff. However, there is one big minus, that is the sound insulation between the two adjacent bedrooms (villa heaven) too poor, this room can hear the voice in the other room, very inconvenient, especially at night , we had to wake up in the middle of the night, and lose some hours sleep because of the noise of the next room. Overall, the resort rating is good, but if it does not fix the soundproofing problem between the two rooms then I will not go back.
