I stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel location is convenient.

I booked 1 night here and then booked 2 more nights.

Nice location, nice breakfast. We had a good time, near a lot of food and tourism attractions.

The hotel is near the center, convenient for traveling. The hotel has good service, attentive and enthusiastic.

Nice location, Infront of Hotel have a Famous and Delicious BanhMi stall, beside have coffe Shop and many more selection of Restaurants nearby. Staff was Friendly, very fast Check in process. Breakfast is delicious.

Traveling with a baby, leaving early in the morning to go on a tour, the hotel supports check-out, breakfast is served from 7am but the ladies have packed eggs and dumplings for the baby. Thanks.

My room had a problem with air con & I need early check out, staff were very helpful to solved accordingly

I am very disappointed with the staff of this hotel. The first day I came to check in, I was not on time and was told to wait. When I got to my room I rested for a while then I looked inside the room all the way to the toilet but I didn't see a towel. I was confused why there weren't any towels but I didn't ask straight away because I thought I'd do it later because I still wanted to rest. Then a female staff member called from outside the room and apparently wanted to give me towels and at that time I received two towels but I didn't check the towels because they were folded neatly and I had never done that before. In the afternoon I took a shower and I took one towel, when I opened the towel there was a dry red stain and I replaced it with another towel. Then I hung the stained towel in the toilet but it was my fault I didn't immediately confirm it with the hotel staff because I thought there were other towels I could use. The next day when I went out they cleaned my room. When I returned to the hotel I was asked by the front desk officer, he asked what stains were on the towels in your room? I answered oh I don't know because there was a stain before. When I checked out I waited for my room to be checked and after the officer who checked me down said OK then I left because Grab was also waiting. I was out the door, the female staff called me again and said I had to pay compensation because the towel had red stains. I have explained it repeatedly but the staff still asks me to pay. I'm compensating for something I didn't do, this isn't fair. It doesn't matter the price but I didn't do it. For hotel owners to re-evaluate the performance of their staff. They work dishonestly and even accuse guests without evidence. For guests who want to stay at this hotel, please be careful, when you first enter the room, check everything first, otherwise you will be asked for compensation.

Wrong room arrangement, bad food, unclean hygiene.

Our family of 7 people (5 adults and 2 children) were on holiday in Vietnam and stayed at the Asian Ruby Hotel. The service was very good and friendly. The rooms were always cleaned. The breakfast menu was very varied. The location was close to places to eat and also mini markets. It was also very close to visiting tourist attractions in the city because the hotel was located in District 1.

small bedroom, seriously degraded, dirty bathroom. price is too expensive. and there is no parking space. additional parking fee of 170k/night. I will never come here again. terrible feeling

When I went to check in, the receptionist said they couldn't find the itinerary code even though I had paid in advance for almost a month! They had previously received 5 guests without a reservation, so they took my room and said it was a system error.

I had a pretty peaceful experience here. The service was decent and the staff friendly, which made the place a little more special. Even though it wasn't the most remarkable place, I still think it's a reasonable option to recommend to my friends and family.

We're really pleased with our decision to stay at this hotel. Every aspect of our experience was fantastic and carefully attended to. The value for money is exceptional, especially considering the quality of service and amenities offered. The only downside was the limited number of high-floor rooms, but everything else was great!

From the staff and service to the amenities, everything was fantastic. My husband and I had an amazing trip when we decided to book a room here. The only regret we have is that we didn't stay a bit longer.

The location in the heart of district 1 is very convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh city. It 's definitely worth the experience. You will be amazed at the value you receive for the money you spend — it exceeds all expectations.

Arrived at the hotel and reported that the room had a broken air conditioner and light bulb and was transferred to another hotel.

The air conditioner is hot and old. Book a room with a window but the window is tiny
