My family and I had a great 3-day stay here (December 20-22, 2024). The hotel owner was enthusiastic, cute, and friendly. The rooms were clean. My family stayed in a room with a balcony and a view. We will come back if we have the chance.

Phòng không có cách âm, rất khó ngủ vì ồn ào. Hơi có mùi, vòi sen bị hư. Chị nhân viên nữ nhiệt tình, còn nhân viên nam thái độ, nhìn tụi mình với ánh mắt khó chịu. Nên khắc phục, mong lần sau có trải nghiệm tốt hơn ở đây, thank you

Room is a bit small! There is no elevator and there are too many warnings in the room (If this is broken, if that is broken, customers should pay attention to this or that or they will have to pay a fine from the hotel, making customers feel uncomfortable)

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, mình đi cả ngày chỉ về ngủ thôi. Lúc các phòng check out trước thì hơi ồn dù mình ở tầng 3 vẫn nghe. Máy nước nóng lạnh không dùng được. Mong khách sạn khắc phục. Mình đã quay lại lần 2.

Ở nửa tuần nhưng không bao giờ thấy nhân viên cười với khách và không thấy sự thân thiện nào cả từ lúc nhận phòng tới lúc ra về, nước suối vẫn tính tiền và phòng không có nước suối free cho khách như những hotel khác ! Ở trời mưa nước ngập tràn cả vào phòng (nhờ nhân viên xử lý thì nhân viên chỉ kêu thông cảm, mặc dù nước vẫn đang tràn vào) và cống toilet rất hôi. Điểm cộng duy nhất khi gặp vấn đề thì chủ khách sạn xử lý tinh tế và chuyên nghiệp, tuy nhiên những quy định cụ thể cần được phổ biến cho khách khi lúc checkin.
