Room was clean, there was no elevator, we had to climb to the 5th floor very tired

Very nice and clean accommodation, right in the center, a few steps to Ho Guom, the owner is very enthusiastic, the rental cost is too cheap, entered a vast room, fragrant mattress bed clean, machine hot and cold water, air conditioner, private toilet but the rent is so comfortable, any family planning to organize a trip should rent it here, convenient enough way to ensure no one is disappointed, times I will definitely stay here later if I visit Hanoi

I am quite satisfied with this homestay. Advantages: clean, near the center. Disadvantages: -No lift, I am on the 5th floor every day to go to think about the room but bored -The last day I had a broken hot water system so I had to take a cold shower in the winter of Hanoi - No clean my room when 3 days (probably required) => If I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi I will come back but I will choose the ground floor room to relieve tired

Slightly inconvenient when doing services that closed. I have to call to open the door, check in. However, everything is fine. Room is good, clean.

The room is very nice and full, with kitchen, bathroom outside but only my own room. In the house next door should be comfortable the time of entry and exit does not affect the owner because there is a private gate lock, keep the key when going out without having to send it back to the owner. Next time will book next if you go to Hanoi.

Spacious rooms, lovely, enthusiastic staff, central accommodation, convenient access

When I first came to Hanoi, I was fortunate to find AWA, an enthusiastic staff even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time. Room was very clean, everything was comfortable. Next time if I visit Hanoi I definitely choose AWA again. Thank you all very enthusiastic staff ^^

Friendly staff Rooms in the heart of the district Easy to walk to But the location is difficult to access. Should have a signpost in front of the alley thoroughly

The hosts are nice. The room is very clean. The location is great. There was a blackout in the middle of the night while I was staying there. But apart from that, it's all good.

Room location is not very good, bathroom is too small, lack of amenities. I'm quite disappointed in the room

Nice room, fully furnished, near Hoan Kiem lake so convenient. However, the staff attitude was too concave, asked anything unknown, unfriendly. When we got back to the room, though we found ourselves, we did not bother to open the door and turned on the @@ music. The first and the last time I rented here. In addition, the parking space is quite tight, people should consider this place, especially the service attitude.

Clean hotel, nice room

Clean room, full wifi, TV, air conditioner, fan. There are fridge, sink, dining table, kettle, induction cooktop, bow and chopsticks. The toilet is clean, hot bath available but no toiletries. The padding here is really soft, so comfortable, but the bed is iron-frame bed, so it is kinda noisy. There is no mineral water or food available in the room but this place is quite near the center so it's fine to find food. The staffs here are nice and gentle, but I did not think that the staff would be very helpful, when they took guests to the room, they did not check the necessary items in the bathroom, nor asked the need for additional service, nor check guest room every day. Riding a motorbike is quite inconvenient because the parking is quite difficult to take the vehicles out or put them in so if you plan to go out at night you should walk.

Room is clean, quiet, cheap compared to 1 location next to Hoan Kiem Lake. This is one of my wonderful holidays.

It is very suitable for my vacation. Located in a quiet lane, going to the lake shore is quite close, very convenient to travel. The staff are quite friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
